Capitati qui per caso: eravamo diretti alla degustazione di vini che invece era solo serale. Quasi le 14 e, in fretta e furia, cerco su TripAdvisor un locale che sembri di buon livello e sia ancora aperto. La scelta cade sulla Locanda. Già al telefono, nonostante lâora, sono gentilissimi, e così ci arriviamo. Cominciamo con un antipasto di salumi e formaggi da dividere. Poi una carbonara e un hamburger di baccalà . Infine due tiramisù, uno classico con pavesini e lâ altro con le lingue di gatto. Il cameriere arriva con la teiera colma di caffè e li annaffia. Che dire...tutto buonissimo, ben presentato e servito con garbo, in una splendida cornice. Prezzi adeguati alla qualità di quanto consumato con 4 calici di vino. Consiglio vivamente.

Good home cookingThis restaurant was just what we were looking for. We had our 2 grandchildren and our son and daughter in law with us.They made us very welcome catered for our allergies and at a very reasonable price.The food was excellent and scenery just what you expect in Tuscany.

It looks rather like a wedding only venue, but is a fully functioning restaurant. the waiting staff were attentive and helpful, even bringing us dishes to try that they thought we might like. Tip - the fish menu is amazing! Everything was good and made the walk there and back well worth it!

We were too late for the better restaurants, so we decided to risk this place based on TripAdvisor. My wifeâs piadina and my hamburger and fries were all fine, the green salads were fresh, and the service was friendly. We drank local craft beer, and it was excellent. Euro 30 for two.Thanks for the nice review.We are happy that you are well and hope to see you again next time you visit the beautiful Volterra
