The decor is delightful, the menu extensive, the staff monochromatic despite their long Indonesian skirts, and the food ok but falling disappointingly short of the real thing. The noodles in the Mei Goreng look more like rehydrated Chinese noodle cup contents than real Mei nests, there was no accompaniment of any of several types of authentic Conimex Sambal to spice up the dishes, and asking for kroepoek - the shrimp cracker that always accompanies Indonesian food - brought only questioning looks from the staff. But for those diners who don't know the difference it's an ok place to have dinner.

Se você procura algo exclusivo, intimista porém sem ostentação, o Taioba é seu lugar. Sobre o preço, acho que está de acordo com os produtos de qualidade que o local oferece.
