Love love love this place. The food is absolutely incredible. The cocktails are amazing but what's best is the staff. The owner is one of the most incredible women ever with the cutest dog ...the bartender I wish it was my brother and all of the girls in the kitchen are incredible!! This place is a true Paradise. Make sure to come before Sunset to have cocktails before dinner. The environment is just magnificent a true Tropical Paradise.I wish I could stay there forever!

It was a real delight to eat here and the ambience was absolutely lovely. The staff were extremely polite and gave the best service we received in Koh Chang. The food was very tasty - a little different from other restaurants. The food was very tasty and cooked with care and finesse. We throughly their appertisers and Thai curries. We hop to visit again some time.

Once we ate here, we wanted to come back for every meal. We had so many of the dishes on the menu all were absolutely delicious - even Kao Soi which is more a North Thailand dish. Gin and Tonic with cucumber also delicious. Beer icy cold. Just enough of a breeze to ease the heat too. Really a must go to place.

Every time I visit Koh Chang I eat here every day. The owner Shane is very helpful and friendly. The food is amazing. On this visit we tried the tikka masala, vindaloo, jalfrezi, numerous side dishes and a few different types of breads/naans. Cooked to perfection, good prices and all served with a friendly smile. Been there 3 times for dinner while staying at the koh chang paradise beach resort. The food was very good, they offer from non spicy up to thai spicy (the green curry gave me the kicks ;). I also did like the deep fried fish with tamarind sauce a lot. Pricing is just normal (and cheaper than on the beach in the resorts restaurants).The staff (owner is cooking himself, wife is helping the service) is very friendly and they gave our boy (2,5yrs) a special experience by giving him a cooking apron and taking him for servicing other customers. he loved it a lot, thank you very much! Another thing he did like just as much was the coconut shake, served inside a coconut and the best we got during our 2 week on koh chang.

We spent six glorious days at the Santhiya Tree Resort. We really were treated like royalty here. Probably the closest thing to paradise that Iâve ever seen. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want, from local cuisine to international favorites. Eggs Benedict, no problem, shrimp fried rice, they have it. But even better than the selection and quality of the food, is the service we received from the staff. In particular, look for Donald Leozta. He waited on us for nearly all our meals. We got to know him pretty well and he is a prince of a young man. This restaurant serves amazing, delicious, all types of mixed cuisine. Food is really yummy. We stayed at Santiya Tree for 4 nights. We took all our breakfast at this place, the menu had something new to offer everyday. Furniture is very rustic, completely done in wooden, ambience very relaxing and peaceful. Best part staff here understand what and when there customers need there service, they strive for delighting customers. Special mention to RDX...
