Visited 18B this week and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food is. You have a selection of buns and fillings available to create your own burger and they will make it. Didn't quite understand how Japanese sake goes with burgers but it's there if you want it. Clean place with friendly staff. Great alternative if you had your fill of pastas and pizzas!

I was delighted with this find. SImple, everyday fare like paninis and burgers but with local ingredients, and terrific service. My entire family joined and each of us agreed that this was an unexpectedly delicious stop: - Fast seating (at an unusual afternoon hour) - Great recommendations from the staff - Took the time to explain the origin of many of the ingredients from local sources - Prompt table service - Tasty, simple, hearty food with fresh ingredients at good pricesWill definitely return.

The man that served us was very passionate about the importance of the local ingredients used in their burger and the burger did not disappoint!! The bun was fantastic and everything was quality and super fresh. Love that the business is all about supporting local with their ingredients.
