Friendly warm atmosphere, presenting two sections: pizza only or restaurant. In the latter you may also order pizza. Bean soup, seafood spaghetti, beaf steak, thin tasty pizza of all kinds, good wine. The atmosphere is that of a good family managed hostaria. The pizzeria section may host children classes and groups of 20-30 people in long tables.

so this is not your typical restaurant for good dining but it definitely serves good food. I went for a quick lunch and got a few dishes, except the pizza which seems to be the main theme here. fire calamari is the thing to try here and some of the typical dish like arancia balls,make sure to try the strawberry tiramisu

We had a folder in our AirBnB with various recommendations including restaurants - we tried a couple, but they were a bit pricey. We therefore chanced a couple ourselves, and discovered this gem.It helped that they spoke good English, but we (two vegetarians and two non-vegetarians) ordered a variety of starters and mains from the menu and specials (not many seemed to have "specials" boards), and they were all fantastic - mostly simple things, but fresh ingredients, well presented and tasty. We also shared a cannoli dessert - yummy! We tried a local bottle of red wine (around Euros 20), and it was so nice we had another one, and it was all very well priced.We're always intrigued how anyone can review restaurants we rate as Excellent as Terrible, so I took a look. Although Google Translate isn't brilliant, two of the recent ones didn't even eat there! That's so unfair!If it hadn't been our last night, we would have returned. We had to wait for ten minutes or so for our table on arrival (it was Saturday night, and we hadn't booked), and we're very glad we did. Throughout our visit, as soon as a table was vacated, someone else took it, so it clearly seems very popular, and needless to say, we recommend it.

We got 10 or so pizzas from I Bucaneri to Bring on set when shooting on a Beach close by. Everyone on set Agreed this was one of the best pizza places we tried on our trip to italy. The vegetarian ones where the best. Especially the one with eggplant (No cheese just Tomato sauce so itâs vegan)

The location is just in front at the ferry station from Porto Santo Stefano to Giglio Island and you can have a perfect family deal...kids menu or wood oven Pizza hand made and an amazing selection of fish from starters throw pasta and main courses for the parents, like me....,all followed by a good selection of wines, I choose a Ca Del Bosco dosage zero, ok the waiter take few minutes to get the bottle, maybe is a kind of wine not really common ... by the way it was served at the right temperature Right price..Well welcomed

Grano has the best pizza of anywhere we traveled in Italy. The crust is amazing and the prices are very low! Its located right on the harbor with an amazing view. I wouldn't get pizza anywhere else!!

Lunch at El Merendero where my husband had pizza and I took from the selection of dishes in counter having roasted chicken and different vegetables. A pitty the chicken and vegetables were heated in a microwave. Not really doing something good for the food. As having a great pizza oven why not use this (?). Average pizza yet fresh topping with rockets and bresaola

We went here for Pizza, three pages of different pizzas on the menu but when we decided to order we were told "no pizzas". We ordered pasta instead and it was very good and fresh.The photos shown on trip advisor are not of the exterior of this restaurant. Something is out of place as I have the receipt and a business card with the address crossed out so maybe they have moved to Via Mazzini shown on the receipt.
