Reviewed By SpecettCamere pulite ed accoglienti con courtesy coffee and tea. Splendida posizione, comoda al centro di Mistretta. Ma la vera chicca è stata la cucina con antipasti e primi locali e una grigliata con sontuose fiorentine e tagliata di manzo. Ottimo anche il vino della casa. Bravi!

Agriturismo at It's Best
Reviewed By MickeyBernhardtWe have stayed in many Italian Agriturismos over the years and this is by far the most genuine farm experience ever. Amidst olive orchards, almond and fruit trees on the side of a mountain overlooking the sea and the Aeolian Islands, you can be sure to experience the best in Sicilian hospitality. The meals are amazing and are made with fresh, local ingredients. The owners, Giacomo and Nina make you feel like treasured guests. This is also a great location for exploring the surrounding area, I only wish we would have traveled up into the mountains toward Mistretta but now we have reason to return. A day trip to Cefalu is easy and we would recommend forgoing the autostrada for the 2 lane highway along the coast for the sea views. If the autostrada is used, it would be possible for a day trip to Palermo. At the turn off to L' Uliveto, there is the lovely little seaside town of San Stefano, a ceramics hub. We traveled here with friends and would highly recommend this wonderful agriturismo.

A very aptly named pensione
Reviewed By mariedamico515Heart of Sicily is run by two of the nicest people in the world. Enza and her husband Nello are the proprietors of this accurately named hotel, which indeed represents the gracious, generous heart of Sicily. I arrived at the inn with my son for a research project on a writer who was from the town. When Enza and Nello found out about the reason for my trip, they took my project on as their own. They called everyone in town whom they thought could help me with the project, invited them over to meet me, made plans to help take me around to the important spots I needed to visit, and much more. They also invited me and my son to the town's sagra celebrating the local cheese and treated us as part of their family for the two days we were there. The inn's location, high up in this hill town, allows for spectacular views of the surrounding hills and the nearby castle from the patio where breakfast is served. Felt almost like being in a fairy tale. It is spectacularly peaceful and serene. That serenity seems to have infected all the Mistrettesi I met too, as they all seemed happy, helpful, and joyful.

Affaccia su ampio cortile interno privato, assolutamente tranquillo è riservato. Organizziamo visite guidate nello splendido centro storico di Mistretta. Grazie alla centralità della location offriamo escursioni guidate su tutto il territorio dei Nebrodi occidentali, nella Valle delle cascate e sul versante orientale delle Madonie, con possibilità di abbinare mare-Monti .
Beautiful, comfortable spot in Mistretta
Reviewed By Steve FThis is a comfortable apartment in an old street and courtyard of Mistretta. Beautifully ancient outside but new and modern on the inside, it's a great place to stay while exploring this lovely, historic mountain town. As with so many places in the old city, it's accessible by small car or on foot. Your host takes excellent care of you, communicates well, and is readily available in case of need. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants a feel for living in the older parts of town.

It Is A Ideal Place For Access To The Mountains With Stunning Nebrodi Hiking Trekking; It Has 5 Bedrooms And 2 Apartments For A Total Of 20 Beds; It Has A Restaurant With Traditional Kitchen, Air Conditioning, Satellite Tv, Internet Wifi, Terrace With View, Free Parking Inside.

Reviewed By Emilia TWe were coming by bike from Céfalu, and after the long uphill from the sea, we were looking for an accomodation in Mistretta. The night had already fallen and when we arrived in front of Villa Neves (indicated by the local tourist office), the building was dark. We called the phone number indicated on the door, and an hour later the parents of the manager kindly came by car to open the door of the rooms. The view on the mountains was unique and the breakfast, served in the architecturally impressive main building, was deicious.
