Look for "101 hotel miri" on your wechat, viber or whatsapp. Our room rate from RM85-130nett. If you wants to go diving, Coco diving club is 4 minutes walking distance from us. Looking for specialist, Miri City Medical Centre is right in front of us, 15 minutes drive to the airport, 5 minutes walk to the shopping mall, restaurant, cafe (Malay & Chinese food), and 5 minutes drive to Imperial shopping mall (biggest mall in Miri).

Reviewed By berryandshaunHotel is in a great location, near shopping malls. Complimentary drinking water dispenser in the corridor. Clean, comfortable room, although there is no english tv channels. On the first night the reception staff were quite rude and would not let use a phone to book our next hotel (in malaysia) when the wifi wasn't working. He did not seem to care we were stuck without it. However the second night, the lady on reception was completely different, much more helpful and friendly.

Reviewed By angiereecsaircon not cold, mattress too soft, dirty room n bathroom, towel got stains... on tv1 program on tv, shower holder broken n not repaired, cigarette butts not cleaned at d window... no toilet paper... for RM83 pernight, thats really bad... can hear d thumping of music for the whole night from nearby karaoke till 6.30am..!!!

Reviewed By adck30PROS: In the middle of town near to entertainment outlet and eatery places. 10 minutes walk min to the nearest shopping mall @ Permaisuri mall. In front of the inn is a taxi stand for those looking for a taxi across the road. There is parking available provided by the inn. CONS The room is a simple room no cupboard, a bit rundown needing a lot of maintenance especially the locks, hairdryer and how the room needs a bit of upgrade. The corridor carpet need a lot of cleaning @ cleanness and hygiene at concern.

So here are my feedback 1) Reception : Friendly 2) Room : First room smell of dead rat. Change room. Second room smells of SEWAGE 3) Towel : Only bath towel is given. No small hand towel given. And quality of towel is worse than my home ones. 4) Tissue : No tissue paper was given in the room. 5) Toilet roll : No extra spare ones too 6) Wifi : Generally connection is extremely bad. 7) Shower : As there was no shower screen, every shower means wetting the entire bathroom. Bad option. There was no toothbrush, room slippers, bathrobe, iron. etc . like i mention : Budget hotel. Do not expect too much.

Reviewed By Awang Offshore EA very decent place to sleep, got separate space for a shower room and toilet bowl, good wifi, check in only @ 2pm, check out latest by 1pm Cool for 2 pax, wall hung flat tv, a working desk with large mirror on the wall. Got also water cooler outside to get complimentary water to quench thirst. Please re check your kiblat direction. It should be at 291° or 292° on compass. Get it fix, my fellow muslim brothers and sisters please kindly check the direction before performing solah. Jazakallah A good choice and value of money, in 1 minute one can be inside Bintang Mall/Parkson which is better than Permaisuri Mall in terms of number of shops available and dining places Assalamualaikum

Reviewed By Syed BNot too accomodating for muslim traveller. My room was not equipped with pray direction (kiblat). Eventhough the staff is helpful but he doesn't know what it mean. Maybe not many muslim travellers stayed here. The place is easy to find and price is acceptable. Room is equipped with new tv and free wife. This is the first my I'm having mee kolok. Only the place is surrounding with quite nightclubs making it unsuitable to walk at night. Since my travel just for business the place is near to eating spots and cabbies.

Fits the Price
Reviewed By Dylan109Family and I have been in this hotel around 10 years ago. It definitely looks better now. I'm staying with my family in the Family Room which consist of 2 Queen beds and 1 single bed. If you are on a budget and won't be staying for long this hotel is suitable for you. If you have a little more budget then perhaps you can try other hotel. Pros + Very Affordable + Spacious Room & Bathroom Cons - Poor Customer Service - Poor Water Supply - Uncomfortable Air Conditioner - Too Basic

Firstly, there is a very unfriendly and uninterested lady at the reception so you don't feel welcome at all. She is not even talking to your face, there is a window in between and you have to slide your money underneath to pay for your stay.. Then we got to the room and were "welcomed" there by several cockroaches. Then the bathroom was very small and there were still supplies from the previous guest. Not clean at all. Lastly, we had booked this hostel via Booking and received a mail later in which Miri Budget Inn stated that we never checked in. Booking was asking us to verify this. I guess MBI hostel didn't want to pay the due commission to them. Very strange. We really recommend other travellers to STAY AWAY from Miri Budget Inn, there is nothing good about this place!!

Reviewed By Bruce PThe rooms are neat, but tiny and basic. There is a bed, TV and small bathroom, but nothing else. There is no desk to do some work, no refrigerator, no suitcase shelf, no storage, not even a shelf in the bathroom. The room is tiny so nowhere to put a case without having to step over it to move around. We stayed three nights and neither of the rooms were serviced. We had to take our own rubbish downstairs and put it in a bin outside. No fresh towels, no toiletry replacement and no water supplied after check If you need to come to this area for one night, maybe it is OK. But even then, I am sure you could find better for the price..
