Reviewed By markwiseMy son and I stayed for 3 nights, we were visiting the Commonwealth War Graves at Minturno. Nice small hotel on the sea front with plenty of parking in the area. Very clean hotel and welcoming staff. Good base for exploring the area.

Reviewed By MelbSurreywe went to stay at the above hotel for a few days rest and found it to be the best hotel we could have stayed in and chosen. We wish we had booked extra days and are already planning when to go again. The hotel is spotless and well decorated and our room was spacious and very clean. The maid cleaned our room daily and we had a great fan which helped us cool down during the night as it has been extremely hot in Italy this summer. The bathroom is a good size and the shower was great. we could have stayed all inclusive (which we did not know at the time and will do so next time) we went bed and breakfast and the breakfast was continental and plenty to choose from. The hotel is a family run hotel owners Antonia and Antonio were very friendly and helpful . The gardens are well kept and their dog pippa was very friendly and sociable . The hotel is 400 meters from the sea and is a nice walk there are no hills. The sea is lovely and clean and not too expensive to rent chairs and umbrellas. If you want a relaxing, quiet holiday to chill this is the place for you.

Outstanding location overlooking the sea
Reviewed By Marcus-RomeCozy hotel, clean and above all with an exceptional location just few steps from the private beach Our room was large and overlooking the sea. All the hotel would need a major renovation while preserving its 1930s architectural features In particular, the bathroom is very old and with a bathtub instead of a shower cubicle. The air conditioning, on the other hand, worked very well. The balcony of our room was the real added value: huge with an outstanding view of the sea. Nice private sand beach is few steps from the hotel. Parking is included, slightly tight for larger vehicles but with the sea in front and many restaurant and places walking distance, probably you want to stop using the car until departure. Breakfast decorous, not too variegated. Not really cheap but typical price of the high season. I can recommend this hotel.

Reviewed By matteoo1999Bed and Breakfast trovato per caso una sera prima del giorno della partenza. Una struttura molto carina e ben curata con attrezzature nuove e all’avanguardia. Le stanze molto pulite e di dimensioni perfette. Ogni minimo dettaglio è curato al massimo, dai cuscini personalizzati a mano, alle lampade e alle pareti. La colazione è abbondante e completa, caffè e cappuccini fatti al momento e anche una piccola sorpresa: cornetti di pasticceria caldi ogni giorno. Struttura curata a 360° dai due proprietari che sono una ventata di energia e felicità. Alla fine del soggiorno ci sono stati regalati anche dei vasetti di miele prodotti dalla loro azienda apistica. La posizione è buona, ottima se si decide di prendere la macchina anche per andare al mare. Consigliatissimo per soste lunghe e brevi, non potete perdervi la struttura ed i fantastici proprietari. Reviewed By Tony FOur family of 13 found this cozy bed and breakfast truly enjoyable. Rooms had balcony access and a lovely outdoor patio and gardens. Five minute drive to the beach and a short walk to the downtown area. The owners treated us as family and were always available. Even after late arrivals we were offered coffee and snacks. A memorable experience for us and we would recommend Villa Maria without reservation.

Don't risk the visit if you're from out of town
Reviewed By Dan CWe paid a deposit to stay here for two nights. Unfortunately when we arrived, Marco was unreachable and we had no choice but to find another hotel. Even his neighbor tried reaching him on our behalf and had no luck. He refused to refund the deposit. Don't book here.
