We recently stayed over the jubilee weekend for a hen party. The apartments are excellent- very centrally located, modern decoration and every employee we encountered was very helpful, friendly and accommodating (especially the gentleman who checked us in). The apartments were ready earlier than expected and they were kind enough to take in a balloon delivery and leave it in our apartment for us so it was decorated when we returned from a brunch. Would highly recommend. Car parking is available with lifts straight up into the building which is very handy (some spaces are quite tight and you are best to book in advance).

What a shame that this is such a disappointment, No WiFi which makes it hard to entertain the kids and look for places to go. I now realise this is an ongoing issue since last year No hot water just luke warm showers, so couldn't get to use the spa bath or take a shower for long No heating in the bedrooms that worked, few lights out. dated in places. not even a can opener in the kitchen. Wasn't pre warned there was any issues. The lighting in the bedroom is poor especially when your trying to get ready. Positive good location and rooms are spacious I've stayed at the Epic lots of times and this was the 1st disappointment trip.

Stayed here with family, had 3 apartments, first time all our family were together since lockdown/covid. I spoke to the property on numerous occasions as I was panicking as I wanted everything to be perfect, I spoke to Kelsey a few times and she couldn’t of reassured me much more, they say of stay I finally met the person on the end of the phone who had reassured me everything was going to be perfect, and believe me she was right, she is an absolutely angel and goes more then the extra mile, we all had the most wonderful time catching up, Just the reassurance from Kelsey made things better, everything I had asked for like cots, carpark specs, towels was done, even if the property wasn’t nice I’d still return for the service that Kelsey provide, please pass on my regards Mrs C

Take my advice & don't stay at these apartments. The noise is so bad you won't get to sleep until 5am. This should definitely be in the description of the property. We complained through the night and asked to be moved to a different apartment but wasn't allowed. At 4.30am we actually took the mattress off the bed and put it in the hallway of the apartment. Underneath the mattress was filthy. We complained again in the morning but our complaint wasn't taken serious Don't waste your money. Book elsewhere

Great if you are 21

I booked this hotel for a little break for me & my husband (we are both middle aged). I picked it for location & price. They were both spot on, but I didn't check that it was right in the heart of club land, so we didn't get any sleep from the noise from bars, clubs & party goers. So great for the money, if you want to be out there partying, but not so good when you're older. Upon check out, I mentioned the noise to the receptionist, who told me that I should have requested a quieter room, which I would have done, had I have know that they had them! So upon reflection a) the hotel needs to point out that there are quiet rooms available & b) I'll definately be doing a thorough research on any future city break hotels.

Great location for city break

Reviewed By megane58

Chose this place for excellent location and fair price for our three night stay in Liverpool. We had a two bed apartment which was quite spacious and very clean. Plus a fully equipped kitchen including fridge freezer. Our only issue was the shower water release switch didn't work which we reported on our first day. We were told someone would come and fix it the next day but no one came at all. Would stay here again its only 10 minutes walk from Lime St railway station too. Plus near lots of shops, bars and nice restaurants.

Perfect location for a night on the town

Reviewed By mickfinney

Stayed for the final day of the football season, wanted somewhere walking distance from the nightlife after struggling for a taxi previously and this turned out to be perfect, it says three minutes walk but they must have been crawling. Apartment was fantastic value for money, a good size with a decent kitchen not that we needed it. Staff were friendly and helpful and couldn’t be faulted. Only downside was some drunken fool locked out of his apartment by what sounded like his passed out mate, he raised hell for around an hour starting before six in the morning but we can’t really blame the hotel for this
