The place is beautiful and unique. Great waiters, awesome food, and really good âCevicheâ. The only thing that I didnât enjoy was the âProfiteroles with chocolate sauceâ. Anyhow, the rest of the dishes were wonderful!

Enjoyed a wonderful group dinner. Service was very good and the dinner quite yummy. Even our vegetarian friends were happy. Recommend the trout and pork. Awkward end to the evening when manager refused two different $5 USD billsâmake sure your cash is crisp!

This restaurant is in our hotel, Casa Andina, We eat breakfast here, a nice buffet with eggs to order, and we ate dinner here tonight. Vern had the chef's recommendation Lomo Saltado. Beef tenderloin with grilled vegetables and a bowl of soup with Andean corn toppers. I ordered the Pizza Huayna Picchu. This was really yummy with peaches and pineapple with chicken. I also loved my frozen Mango juice. Mary was a skilled and friendly server.

Four of us stopped in for lunch, I had the creole soup, my wife had chicken, the other two had trout with cheese and steak. All prepared very well. Great drinking list. and nice view. Renan our waiter was on top of everything. We were very happy to stumble upon Mapacho Craft Beer near our hotel. As beer enthusiasts from Texas, we thoroughly enjoyed the beers at this restaurant, especially the Pale Ale. The food was also great (and very reasonably priced compared to other restaurants in the area). There was live music both times we visited the restaurant, which was neat. Giovanni was a wonderful waiter and provided excellent service.

Stopped by here for dinner before catching the train back from Aguas Calientes back to Olantaytambo. This was less busy than some of the other restaurants so we weren't sure if that meant it wasnât good or if it was more expensive. Luckily, it was neither. Service was good, prices were reasonable, and food was better than average. Highly recommend the Lomo Saltado which is served a little differently from the traditional type. It sits on a bed of quinoa instead of being served with rice and humongous fries. The Alpaca and Truncha ala Parilla were also quite good. You also get a nice river view while enjoying your dinner if you get a table overlooking the water. We also tried our first Cuy here. Overseasoned and nothing great. Our family of 5 (3 kids aged 17, 14, and 10) had a wonderful meal here. Our waitress Michele was so nice and helpful. She brought games for the kids to play. The food was amazing. Delicious freshly made chips and guacamole, great pizzas, and avocado salad. Highly recommend!
