Reviewed By LacLemanCHI have stayed in this resort in May 2022 for one night. Basically the property was run down and without proper maintenance works. Room was dusty, dirty and smelly. Most likely due to lock down no guest was staying in this room. But once opened, management should take extra initiatives to clean up the rooms before open for booking.

Nice big room
Reviewed By Dream54324201471The room is big for 4 adults with 2 king size bed and it come with complimentary breakfast for 4. Even I am on vegetarian diet that day, but the breakfast food is enough to cater for us. May be in future will need to inform them first that we are on vegetarian diet.

Nice hotel, noisy location
Reviewed By GlobeHopeIf you stay at this hotel be sure to book a room facing the sea. The first night I stayed in a room 1st floor facing the street. You have to have the curtains drawn at all times as the opposite building is very close and thus the room is dark. Also the noise from the market place is terrible. They play very loud music almost all day and till they close at 2 am and after that more music from somewhere else till 4 am. The following night I had a bigger room with sea view, so much nicer and the music did not bother too much. Very clean place and polite staff.

A good 3 star budget hotel
Reviewed By WolverineXXXBooked 2 rooms: 1 room for 3 people and 1 for 4 people. The room for 3 people have 1 double queen size bed and the room for 4 has 2 queen size beds. The difference in pricing is RM10 which is quite reasonable. Reception Very friendly. Check in was quick. Very very helpful. The room above ground floor are accessible by stairs only no elevators but the hotel has only three floors How is the room? The room is clean and the bathroom has full containers of shampoo and liquid soap. The towel allocation is a bit weird though. The 3 person room has 2 towels and the 4 person room has 2 towels. Are they expecting the guests to share towels? What else? Air conditioning unit works but at maximum cool it feels like a cool fan. The hot water shower works. The TV has only a few English Channels. No closet. Small table for you to work on. Lighting in the room is good. The family room ... four persons... has no windows. Don't expect free bottles of water. You can buy water, ice cream and some light food at the reception. No restaurant in this hotel or nearby...you need to drive out or take a taxi or grab or uber. Is it worth the price? Yes. You get what you paid for. No frills. It is good if you want a room to sleep in while you do all your activities outdoors except if you want to lock yourselves up doing in room activities all day and night. Why three stars ? Because the room has nothing except a bed and bath but it is very clean.

simple hotel, but clean, and helpful and friendly staff
Reviewed By galnexdorHotel is very simple, amenities were very basic. We went there for a cycling event, so we had 2 bikes with us in the room, which was already extremely cramped. We tried asking for a spare key card, but they said they ran out of it. There was only coffee, no tea. but apart from that, everything was clean, and the staff was friendly, and helpful.

Reviewed By abahtitahThe location is quite nice as it's seated right in front of Teluk Batik beach (can read my review for the beach separately). The hotel : No make up room (throw your own garbage, sweep your own floor, make your own bed), stingy coffee making facility (the kettle is around with 2 packs of each coffee/tea/sugar) , bad furniture (I mean bad, not ugly not old or dated), unwise location of electrical outlets (3 inches from the floor & 1 foot from the ceiling), stingy with the pillow (1 for each visitor & RM10/night/pillow if you asked for extra) & tiny so-called queen beds (not suitable if you & your couple weight at 70+ kg). If you are someone looking for a quiet-surrounding hotel, this is not for you. Simply because you'll be entertained with all the noises coming from the running & yelling of parents & their kids on the hallway and with some luck, you'll hear their footsteps above you. The receptionists are not particularly friendly. Don't expect a warm welcome.

an unpleasant experiance
Reviewed By Sangeeta Tthe receptionist was downright rude. that put my whole mood off to stay in this hotel. although the rooms are ok, i was unhappy with the treatment. they can't explain properly when cant take debit card. too much negativity and rudeness. i would not suggest this hotel due to lack of hospitality. i got the windowless room, with connecting door. the room is not really soundproof, i can hear the next door people chatting in room and every time people walk and talk down the corridor. and no wifi available.
