A Good Hotel with Great Views
Reviewed By Phil TWe stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our time in this hotel. As with many other previous reviewers, we were picked up (and returned at the end of our stay) from the port and given a nice welcome drink, and lots of helpful information about Lipsi. Our studio was clean, nicely furnished, large and spacious, and we found the bed to be comfortable. The kitchen area was well equipped although we hardly used it. The hotel is located 10 to 15 minutes walk from Lipsi village, a coastal walk we did a few times each day as we did not hire a car and this was never a problem for us. The views over the bay are fantastic and the Kambos beach just below the hotel is fine for swimming. We also enjoyed the breakfasts, which we thought were the best of the 4 hotels we stayed in on our holiday. (Not sure what a previous reviewer means when he said he found them "synthetic"!) Our one reservation is that the bar snacks we has one lunch (the weather was suddenly very wet and stormy so not a good time to venture out) were expensive and uninspiring.

Mikhalis Studios are situated in the heart of Lipsi harbor, within a 2' minutes walk from the village and a 2'minute walk to the beach of Liendou. The complex comprises of 7 air studios of which each can each sleep 2 to 3 persons (possibility to sleep 4th person upon agreement). Each studio has its own private balcony with wonderful views over the park and harbor; relax and watch the world go by!

Reviewed By puccini24we were guests at michalis studio when visiting the beautiful small island of Lipsi we had a perfect time Beautiful quiet beaches , fantastic restaurant and a wonderful stay at the studio Room was absolutely very clean , mister Michalis was very helpful and made our stay perfect Next door there is a bakery for all kinds of breakfast or a last drink before going to sleep Very frienly prices asswell We absolutely want to come back After visiting all the Dodekanesos islands we can day that Lipsi island belongs to the best

A family that will welcome you. Show you their customs. Feed you. Laugh with you..despite a language barrier & make you feel like family. I came for a week, stayed 6 weeks & came back again for 6 months. Emerse yourself. A beautiful Island & a truly beautiful family and a life changing experience. I cannot recommend highly enough. If you want the true & authentic Greek holiday...come stay with this Fab family. You will not be disappointed. X

Location a skip from the ferry dock, with grand views of the port, chora and/or Liendou beach, depending on room. Short stroll to chora and sandy beach. Rooms exceptionally clean nicely furnished with kitchenette, fridge and cooking hob. Nice matched dishes and all you need should you decide to prepare your meals. Furnished balcony perfect for morning coffee and views. Thomas and his lovely family are super hosts, always happy and genuinely caring for their guests. They extend true Greek Hospitality, you feel so very welcome and leave making new friends. All this for a very reasonable cost, highly recommended by a seasoned and well travelled reviewer!

Hotel Calypso is a family owned hotel established by the Mangos brothers and consists of 10 studios, cafeteria and restaurant with nearby super market and his/her hair dressing salon. The hotel is situated just 10 meters from the picturesque small harbor and 150 meters from the main ferry harbor of Lipsi village on the beautiful island of the same name, one of the Dodecanese group in the gleaming Aegean sea. All rooms enjoy views of the sea and overlook the village park. They are equipped with self catering facilities private bathrooms and air conditioning. Daily cleaning and linen service. Transport from and to the ferry terminal can be arranged for clients.

Reviewed By ApplefeeThe mixed reviews here on Tripadvisor really don’t do the place justice. I’ve stayed in places with rave reviews only to discover them to be pretty meh... So my expectations weren’t very high coming here but I was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms are airy, light and clean and the modern bathroom with a huge showerhead was a special treat. The balcony opens up to the busy harborside with some yachts, boats, couple of ouzeries and people mingling. Can get a little noisy in the evenings but didn’t really bother me. I really enjoyed it here, Lipsi is such a lovely island.

Heaven on Earth
Reviewed By Stephanie EStayed her in the beginning of July for a week. The island was so beautiful and peaceful but the hotel made my vacation perfect. The views from the rooms were breathtaking. The accommodations were perfect, bed was very comfortable (and good pillows too), the bathroom was beautifully unique, and the terrace made early morning coffee and late night drinks incredible. I will come back every chance I get, it was worth the time it took me to get to the island. Owner was attentive and has an sweet housekeeper. No place better on the island!

Great apartments in good position on edge of town
Reviewed By GreekmartynStayed here in May 2022 and wold definitely recommend. Short stroll from front, with supermarket a coupe,of hundreds yards away. Bright comfortable apartments with gardens/patios at front and rear so you cam enjoy sun or have some shade and the chance to have both doors open for a freezer although also good air on. Breakfasts (complimentary) every morning were superb with great choice and lots of it! If we go back to Lipsi would definitely stay here again.

CALYPSO APARTMENTS These five apartments are owned by Irene Mangos. They are located 150m from the village of Lipsi. The main harbor is about 500m away. Set in a peaceful garden, they enjoy country-side and sea views from the bedroom balconies. These apartments have separate lounge/dining and bedroom, they include kitchen facilities, private bathroom and air conditioning. Camp beds are available for children. Daily cleaning and linen service. Transport from and to the ferry terminal can be arranged for clients.

Reviewed By TafartGood location. Basic yet spacious rooms with kitchen. Hot water after sunset is a problem as the water gets cold when the sun sets. Gives you the feeling of staying in a motel in the 80s. Balcony offers good view of the island.
