Beautiful Hotel, Great Service!
Reviewed By dagny70This hotel is absolutely beautiful and we received such great service, in particular from Vicky, who spoke fantastic English and was so helpful! I had booked a non-smoking room with two single beds (it was all that was available on the website) but I connected with Vicky before we arrived to see of there was any chance of getting a room with one double bed. She actually gave us a room which was more like a suite, with a separate living room area, HUGE King-sized bed and a gorgeous bathroom with separate tub. The room had underfloor heating, much welcome for a trip in December! Our flight arrived very late (01:30) but Vicky had arranged a driver to meet us at the airport so it was all very smooth and easy. We finally met Vicky at breakfast the following morning, and when she found out we are vegan, she offered to get the kitchen to make us some different vegetables – very kind. She walked us to the old town (about 10 minutes away from the hotel) and told me to phone her if we got lost! She also offered to help us buy bus tickets to travel to Shangri-la. I have never known such service, truly above and beyond! Unfortunately, Day 2 of our trip, we got very sick and spent the next two days in bed until finally deciding to travel back home to Shanghai. During this time, Vicky kept us supplied with drinking water, tissues and hot ginger tea. Such care and attention when you are feeling terrible goes a long way! When we told her we would be leaving and not continuing with our trip, she again arranged a driver to take us back to the airport. The hotel itself is stunning, set around a series of courtyards in a traditional Chinese style, but very warm and comfortable. As I mentioned, it is a 10-minute walk along a small river to reach the old town. Breakfast has a small offering of toast, pastries, cereal, some hot Chinese dishes, tea and coffee. In the next few months, we want to return to this beautiful part of China and continue with our trip – when we do, we will DEFINITELY stay at this hotel again. Thanks, especially to you Vicky!

(Fiez vous plus aux indications des cartes et au bon sens qu'au GPS!!!!!). Charmant jardin, tables à l'extérieur pour manger et lac à proximité.

Good but noisy neighbours
Reviewed By Hod13A nice hotel and definitely a step up from some of the more hotels we had stayed in in Yunnan. - best shower I'd had in a week. Location is a little away from where the manic Lijiang nighttime action is and that is certainly a plus. Only downside is that the walls/ceiling appear to be very thin, so if you are unfortunate enough to have noisy neighbours you are going hear everything they do

Great location & Character

Service was friendly, only one receptionist doing her very best but let down by the absence of any English language skills whatsoever who also doubled as the cook for breakfast. Bizarrely they provided separate breakfast rooms for Chinese & Foreign guests. Westerners were provided with freshly cooked single fried egg & one slice of toast which took approx 20 minutes to serve and following complaints a second round of egg & toast another 15 minutes ...that was it. The Chinese guests had local food which looked really nice and plenty off it.

Reviewed By ramrodflThe rooms were updated and there was hot water. It was within walking distance of sites but you would need your own transportation of other sites. It was located in the center of town and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Breakfasts were included and was part of a tour.

A lovely inn designed and build by ourselves, every room is big enough,with wide windows and plenty of sunshine, every room also has floor heater, so you never feel cold in winter. By the way, we have two big dogs, one is Monkey King,the other is Eleven, which one do you like? I hope your answer is BOTH! lol

很好的一个地方
Reviewed By Dreamer12993663560就在丽江工作，因为休息几天所以要过去束河玩几天，所以选择了这个酒店，安排的房间在他们的游泳池旁边，无聊的时候拉开窗就可以直接出去游泳，真的是特别舒服的一个地方。

House&White Lakeside Lodge (a resort hostel) is a hidden gem found by the beautiful Qing Xi Lake located between Li Jiang and Shu He old towns. If you are looking for a quiet place with stunning views, comfortable beds and nice lounge to relax for a few days, Panba Lakeside :Lodge is the perfect choice. Or you can conveniently explore the surrounding area: busy Li Jiang old town, more peaceful Shu He old town, Elephant Hill, Black Dragon Pool are all within minutes drive and accessible by bus. Many guests ride bicycle to Baisha old town to visit the local ethnic Naxi tribe and scenery on the way there is gorgeous. Location: 1 KM from Restaurant Street, 2 KM from Li Jiang old town, 3 KM from Shu He old town, 8 KM from Baisha old town, 2 KM from Express Bus Station, 5 KM from Main Bus Station, 20-minute drive from train station, 40-minute drive from airport. Guests can choose from standard rooms (king-size bed or doubles) and 4, 6, 8-bed dorms. Restaurant offers both Western and Chinese dishes. Pizza night and dumpling night organized frequently.
Nice hotel with a great view
Reviewed By nineidiThe view from the hotel is amazing you can see the Jade Snow Mountain and a Lake. The staff is really nice and helpful they arrange free shuttle to the old town at any time. The old town is really nice. The breakfast is good and served at any time :) overall a really nice stay however the rooms could need more maintenance. In general it was great and we would like to stay there again.

Reviewed By 黏黏小狐狸因为我去丽江的决定比较仓促，所以在丽江古城的众多客栈中，我在各大旅游网站上看到了众多关于真美客栈的推荐，加上客栈定一晚也可以为客人提供接机服务，所以毫不由于的下了订单。 对于一个人出行，而且航班是晚上才到丽江的姑娘来说，能接机这一点，这无疑是最能吸引我的地方。客栈老板很准时的在入住前一晚跟我电话沟通了航班的落地时间，来接我的司机师傅也提前跟我发了短信。这对一个人出行的我，提供了很大的安全感觉。 这里还要特别说明一下，如果你搜索真美，会发现丽江古城有三个真美。我选择的是真美度假连锁客栈（丽江狮山观景店），因为这里可以看到古城全景，而且地理位置优越。 园景房房间面积： 18-20平方米 其他服务：预定一晚可选择接机或送机。 客栈地址：古城区新华街黄山上段4号，近大水车四方街，万古楼旁新华小学隔壁 真美度假连锁客栈（丽江狮山观景店）位于丽江古城狮子山的最佳观景位置的半山，步行至四方街约2分钟，交通十分便捷。 这里拥有各式精致客房，房间简约大方，还附设咖啡吧、烧烤屋等休闲空间，让你找到属于自己的舒服角落。 根据价位的不同，房间分为园景房、阳光房、家庭房、无敌观景房，房间价位也是从200-700元不等。我所选择入住的是园景房。 一下飞机后就收到了接机小哥的短信，然后顺利的碰了头。经过大约40分钟的车程，我就到达了丽江古城区，接机小哥在快要抵达客栈的时候给客栈前台打了电话，到地方之后就有客栈的人员来帮我拿行李。真的是so sweet~ 帮我拿行李的小哥一路帮我把行李拿到了房间里，所有都安排妥当了之后我才去前台办理了入住手续。
