Food was perfect. The lamb tartar was spectacularly fresh with the perfect hint of seasoning.
Service was excellent, helpful and attentive yet not over bearing. Our server was careful to adapt dishes where necessary for my wife's allergies.
We felt the portion size was perfect and allowed us to enjoy 3 courses, something we don't do often as we're typically full after the entree.
We felt the cost of $200 for 3 courses each with wine was good value due to the quality of food, ingredient quality, presentation & service.

We went for lunch last week. What a nice surprise when you can find a french cuisine restaurant with wine at SAQ prices! We ordered our meal in the table d'hôte. Included was the potage, the main dish (bavette sauce poivrade) cook to the perfection, medium rare, and a coffee. All of that for 21$..To good to be true but it is!

My grand daughter loved this restaurant last year so we went again in August. While the food was acceptable, we experienced one of the very worst services we ever had...anywhere...I can't even begin to describe having no napkins after three requests...Spoons for coffee? nonexistent even after polite requests. I guess they think that wiping mouth with sleeves is acceptable as is stirring a hot liquid with a finger. We ended up going cafeteria style and getting the cutlery and napkins ourselves since we knew it just wasn't going to happen. The waiters and waitresses were just too busy talking among themselves and the manager? No idea! I asked and got a vacant look. We stayed because of our ten-year old grand daughter and we did not make a scene...We have advised our friends to stay away from the restaurant. There are so many better places in Laval where there is good food served with respect and in a timely manner. NEVER AGAIN!

The food at Torii Sushi was great. The fish is of good quality and the plating of the sushi was beautiful. However, compared to other places, I find the sushis are overpriced. Also, I would like more creative sushis since theirs are more traditional. Overall the place is awesome!

We often stop here on our way up to our cottage in the Laurentians or on our way home. We hadn't been there for a month or two but it was perfect timing for an early dinner. I must say the food just gets better. I had a wonderful house salad and a risotto Provençal with braised lamb. OMG. First of all I only managed to eat half so I had a great lunch the next day! It was wonderful, did not even need to add fresh pepper. My husband had a manicotti with vodka which he cleaned the plate. Just a note about the service, perfectly bilingual and very attentive. This is a very well trained team. Kudos to management!

Marathon souvlaki is conveniently located on Notre Dame Blvd, just west of Labelle Blvd in Chomedey, Laval...across the street from McD.
If you're in the mood for souvlaki, Marathon is the place to go.
We have been dining here for years and quite often order for home Delivery....everything is consistently good, no complaints.

I went to that restaurant mostly on summertime when the outside Terrace is open. My wife and I really appreciate the atmosphere since everybody is pretty relax. We love this restaurant so much, that we drive from the West Island to Laval whenever we want a fresh, healthy, wonderfully prepared, tasty and delicious meal, which is often!! The menu is varied with plenty to choose from. (Vietnamese/Asian Fusion) We are never disappointed and this restaurant has become one of our favorites. Every friend or relative we have taken here, loves it as well. The staff are efficient, polite and helpful.
Easy parking.

Food was amazing but the service was not. The waitress only came to our table to ask us if we were done and it made us feel rushed. The same waitress (kim) became extremely unprofessional because she was unsatisfied with the amount of tip she had recieved. She then began yelling at us in the middle of the restaurant saying that money gets deducted from her payroll the less someone tips which makes no sense. We offered to tip her more but she then yelled even louder and called us rude and walked away. She then asked another waitress to then kick us out as we were putting our coats on at the table. Diresprectful, uneducated staff that should maybe learn some better customer service skills
