This new housing development has easy acces to the highway and a few step from historical center of Alba. ALbaResidence is the ideal start to visit the Langhe & Roero, close to the villages of Barolo, Monforte, Barbaresco, with their world famous wineyard. The apartments are equipped with wooden floor, fine and modern design, air conditioned, free wifi, flat screen TV, pirvate bathroom with extralarge shower and bidet and hairdrier. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher,refrigerator, microwave, and everything you may need. It is also vailable a private parking, lift, laundry rooms.

Everything was impeccable for our needs - an apartment from which we could explore the Langhe region as well as the town of Alba. Easy parking. Well equipped kitchen. Helpful staff. Well stocked supermarket a 5 minute walk away. Perfect! (as long as you like a modern appartment!)

After a small detour we found this place
Reviewed By hans rAfter we had to conclude that our original reservation did not match our expectations, we had to find another place. Luckily we found the Spa Roero Relax Resort. The hotel has very nice rooms. The place is really spacious and quiet. Housekeeping does great work as the rooms were alway impeccable ! The Relax part is very well kept and really good to visit after your day's out. Breakfast was very generous, especially for Italy. Hospitality was great. Thanks very much for your great efforts !

Reviewed By Ruben WWe really liked the place, everything was clean and the guest ladies where extremely friendly. However, the room was quite small for four adults, especially if you want to cook by yourself and have dinner at home.

Great little studios close to the city centre
Reviewed By melbournegirl2017Location is convenient and not noisy.Room is small but well designed and equipped. Clean and comfortable. Daniele the owner is super friendly and helpful. He helped us when our friend’s rental car had a little mishap with the side mirror. He helped tape up a makeshift mirror so that we could continue on our trip! Make sure you arrange your arrival time with Daniele as there is no manned reception. If u have heavy luggage he will help carry up the stairs as there is no elevator. The rooms are 2 & 3 levels up from the ground floor. Parking your car is by street parking where you pay at the parking meter and is not expensive for whole day parking. We had a most enjoyable stay. Thank you Daniele!

Most wonderful place to stay in Alba
Reviewed By Sightsee816177We stayed in this place for two nights. It was wonderful!!! We had the room with the large balcony on the side looking out onto the street. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine. The room was very clean and close to everything around us. We enjoyed our breakfast at the Cafe each morning that had a lovely wait staff.

Fraudulent behavior - trying to avoid taxes - still no invoice after one month of follow-ups
Reviewed By OlivierBouchThis was a very correct property, clean and OK value for money. However, a very bad experience. First off, when we arrived with our bags and luggage, we called the owner to have him welcome us. He was right in front on the balcony, on the phone and ignored the phone call. He clearly saw us in front of the gate but did not move an inch. So we waited a good 5 min in front with him ignoring us right in front of our faces. Finally when he was ready he came down to open up. Then, since this was a business travel stay, on the day of departure I asked for an invoice since it is his responsability to produce one. After one month of following up every few days. I still do not have an invoice for my stay. I get promised an invoice everytime, but the host never follows up with an actual invoice. I suspect this is fraudulent behavior to evade taxes. If you ever travel for business, do not consider this property as you will not get an invoice.
