Just ok for one night!
Reviewed By TGSAHonestly, don't get the 5* reviews! The owner was very helpful, the rest of the staff much less so, maybe a language issue, too difficult to say HELLO or GOOD MORNING in Thai, to a falang. Room was ok, aircon less so, worked miserably, had to turn it to 19C at midnight to actually get the room cooled down (in November, when it really is not hot outside!). Limited parking at the back of the house. Breakfast consists of toast and jam and Nescafe (good coffee is extra).

Reviewed By RodowsI really don't like to rate places low (everyone's got to make a living right?) We booked and paid for this "motel" through Agoda and when we arrived they had no idea of the booking. It didn't take long to get that sorted and into the room. The grounds reminded me of some horror movie motel and the room itself the same. So the size of the room was huge, however, there was absolutly nothing nice about it. It smelt and looked liked it had been locked up for a decade. The toilet was dirty and the sink didn't even have a tap on it. Needless to say we turned around, packed the car and left after speaking to the manager. I called Agoda to see about a refund and explained to them the issues. They rang the motel and they agreed to refund which was good.

Reviewed By Peem07ตัวโรงแรมดูแลได้อย่างสะอาด ที่จอดรถกว้างขวางมาก ห้องน้ำสะอาด มีน้ำอุ่น แนะนำให้นอนพักชั้นบน จะเงียบกว่าชั้นล่าง ตอนเช้า ถ้าใครชอบที่จะวิ่งออกกำลังกายให้วิ่งไปเรื่อย ๆ ใกล้กันก็แวะเข้าไปวิ่งในสนามกีฬาของราชภัฎลำปางได้ ถ้าอยากหาอะไรกินเล่น แนะนำให้ซื้อไปให้เรียบร้อยก่อนเข้าไปพัก เพราะไม่มีร้านขายของอยู่ใกล้ๆ

Good if you need a place to stay
Reviewed By 577ChrisRWe stopped in Lampang for a night and booked SR residence. Not like the pictures show. A bit older and dirtier. Staff checked us in. Little English is understood here. We went to our room which is basic and somewhat clean. A few webs found. Some dust around. One bed is very well worn and soft. Other is hard. Fridge does not cool down. Bathroom is older and a bit mildew over things. No soap provided. Shower sprays water everywhere so be careful not to slip. The water came on and smelled of the common sewer smell as you walk the streets. Towels are very dingy and dirty looking. Also be aware the add on agoda states massages and a few other things that are not so when you get there. 200 baht depot key. So you need money when you arrive. Not recommended unless you need a room for a night and this is all.

Reviewed By mahocorseThe hotel is a bit difficult to reach as it is set in the middle of the old city but it has numerous advantages : spacious nicely decorated rooms where they can ad extra matresses on the floor, no breakfast but free coffee/tea/chocolate/snacks at disposal in the lobby, a very central location (perfect for the end of the week markets) and a nice staff ! I would definitly recommend it for that kind of price !

Reviewed By Ann BYes it is basic! In our room the balcony door had a gap around it, the lamp was broken and at an angle. But it was clean and comfortable, we overlooked the street which was not too noisy just normal road noise nothing excessive. The bed was comfortable and we both slept well one downside is the sockets they are very loose so your plugs fall out which is annoying. It's a good place for exploring lampang

Reviewed By noooo_mouseอยู่ออกนอกตัวเมืองประมาณ 1 กม. ติดถนนใหญ่ เหมาะแวะพักเพื่อเดินทางต่อ ห้องพัก บริเวณเตียงนอน มีพื้นยกระดับขึ้นไปเพื่อวางที่นอน โดยไม่มีเตียงนอน แอร์อยู่ด้านข้างที่นอน เป่าลงมาตรงตัวคนนอน ทำให้รู้สึกไม้ค่อยสบาย เย็นหน้าตลอดเวลา ในห้องมียุงเยอะมาก อาจจะเข้ามาทางหน้าต่างที่มีร้องติดต่อภายนอก ขนาดกว้าง 1 นิ้วมือลอดได้ ต้องคอยระวังยุงตลอดคืน คุณภาพการนอนไม่ค่อยดี อาหารเช้ารสชาติดี มีข้าวต้ม แกงจืด ผัดผัก ไส้กรอก ขนมปัง แต่ไม่มีผลไม้

Nice clean room and pet friendly
