Reviewed By SvenHakanThis small hotel is very close to the railway station in the center of Bellano. Very friendly and helpful staff (family). Rooms are small but clean and nice. No elevator. A place for those who are looking for a friendly atmosphere more than luxury.

Reviewed By Trip85117Myself and my wife and kids(from Ireland) were staying close by Kathetina and Luigi's bar/cafe and were delighted to find it as the owners were so friendly and welcoming, with a great knowledge of the local area and best places to visit and sights to see.There bar has a great atmosphere both day and night.We'd definitely stay at 'el Doorado B&B next time we visit.Its in a beautiful part of Lake Como,a great example to Italian friendliness.

Si le confort, l’équipement et la propreté de l’appartement étaient bien conformes à l'annonce de booking.com, nous avons été très contrariés de découvrir que la maison est située en bordure d’une route nationale très très bruyante et à proximité immédiate d’une voie ferrée également très bruyante. Pour ceux qui ne sont pas gênés par le bruit et les tremblements pas de problème, mais pour ceux qui recherche le repos et le calme, cette location est à éviter absolument!!! Ps : booking.com nous a refusé toute aide pour changer de location malgré le fait que sa situation n’était pas précisée dans l'annonce, qui évoquait un jardin pour faire des pique-nique !

Nella verde valle, un rifugio accogliente
Reviewed By APASUVIo e mia moglie, insieme and un'altra coppia di ns. parenti, per un weekend passato sulle rive del lago di Como, abbiamo prenotato tramite booking.com questo b&b, che é un grande appartamento di una famiglia in una piccola palazzina a Valbrona. Siamo stati ricevuti dalla Mamma dei propietari (se non ho capito male), una signora molto gentile ed accogliente, ci ha mostrato l'appartamento ed ha consigliato un ristorante per la cena. L'appartamento é molto grande, composto da ingresso, sala da pranzo, 2 camere e bagno ristrutturato da poco, cucina super organizzata e completa di tutto per la colazione (macchinetta caffé, microonde, frigorifero, freezer, biscotti, frutta, brioches e chi più ne ha più ne metta!); arredato con mobili non moderni, ma ovunque la pulizia (sopratutto in bagno) regna sovrana, tutto in buone condizioni e pulitissimo, si vede la cura applicata dai gestori. Sicuramente la location non é lungo lago, in pieno centro paese; ma in soli 10 minuti di macchina rispetto la via lungo lago, arrampicandovi per la strada che sale in questa localitá, avrete un appartamento molto accogliente ad un prezzo molto onesto, sopratutto per delle famiglie e gruppi di amici che hanno un occhio di riguardo al portafoglio ed inoltre avrete la possibilitá di trovare localitá fuori dai soliti itinerari turistici. In effetti é azzeccato il nome del b&b vedendo dov'é collocato é realmente in una verde valle, non pensate peró ad una struttura sperduta nel nulla anzi, questa localitá di Valbrona é molto verde ed immersa nella natura, ma é un piccolo centro abitato con diverse case, indicato anche per fare una passeggliata dopo cena. Noi lo abbiamo usato unicamente per una notte, ma sicuramente lo consiglio anche per soggiorni piú lunghi, é situato strategicamente per visitare la zona sud del Lago di Como, é a 20 minuti da Bellagio e mezz'oretta da Como. Complimenti ai titolari per questa piccolo nido.
