The apartment is very well equipped with all you could ever need. Bianca and her team a very accommodating nothing is too much trouble. Can’t praise them enough. Can throughly recommend little Eden.

Reviewed By Klaus GThis resort is poorly maintained both on the outside and inside. Security is not visible and maglocks do not work. The security camera points to its base plate. The place is cock croach and flea infested. The headboards in the units are worn, the patio doors have no stoppers, the towel rack kicks out each time you switch it on, the patio doors came loose during a wind gust. The cutlery and towels are not enough for the 4 sleeper unit, and staff don't clean properly and to top it all take food for themselves without permission. It doesn't help to complain as nothing happens and the general manager does not want to be contacted by the public. You have read this, decide if you want this sort of holiday.

Reviewed By spilla332751I would highly recommend St Lucia Palms to guests. A pleasant experience and very friendly and accommodating staff. The only downside was the prepaid air conditioner (never seen this before, luckily it was not that hot!) and the old facilities in the accommodation. A few upgrades would make it a perfect place to stay.

The overall stay was not good.

If they are so strict on time why when we came to book in at 14:00 , they were not there... Late we had to rang the bell a few times.....the one lady was still in the car? The apartment's view was the roof....wow. The basin smell like the drain's fumes is coming through The bedside was broken not maintained- not as per website Really not even worth for a drive through one night sleepover. WE immediately left the premises and did not want to stay Still wait for refund Will not recommend not even on a special

There was no electricity the whole weekend (24/09/21 to 26/09/21), we can't even charge our phones, we bath with cold water, my friends were very disappointed and I felt so bad because I am the one who was responsible for Bookings and things didn't go well according to how we planned . I will appreciate if you can arrange another holiday for free that will be fairly to your guests otherwise I regret that I Booked Costa Smeralda, I will not advise anyone to book there.
