Reviewed By FrankJB2222Room 413. No tissues. No mirror in the room. No hair dryer. No water kettle. Not 50 m to Esplanade but 800m. It's not a good place to spend 2 nights or more since the place needs to be more serious in the business. Probably Covid has dampen the spirits of the management.

We are in a residential area, 5 min drive to town center and 10 mins to Teluk Chempedak Beach. We have 10 rooms in total, 4 rooms with private courtyard, and 2 connecting rooms with share courtyard. We have free wifi in this property.
Cozy place to stay
Reviewed By enazssTravelled with hubby & my daughter. A stop over before heading back to KL from Terengganu. The bed is comfortable, the lighting and deco of the room is cool. And the bathroom is huge.. love it. Overall I'm very satisfied with my stay there and would come back again in my future trips to Kuantan.

Ridiculously dirty and unhygienic place to stay
Reviewed By WHChooThe room has a very musty smell when you walk in. The bed sheets have stains all over. Not only that, the fridge has brownish stains all over on the inside. The water glass and cup are not properly cleaned. The basin has leakage and water was sipping through from the bottom to the floor. The walls between my room (505) were so thin that I can literally hear next door couples moaning and bed banging on the walls late into the night. The public space in the lobby is so dirty that you can see used face mask being left on the sofa seating area from the afternoon until the next day morning and no staffs could be bothered to clean up the area. The staffs are also not bothered to wear masks when attending to the guests. Definitely would not recommend this place for others. Not worthwhile.

The feel of a proper 4 star hotel room, with very decent smell, the room was highly satisfactory for a solo trip on business. Con. (1) Makan (meal) a bit susah (difficult). But having said that, the closest kopitiam hardly 2 kms away, Kemaman Kopitiam. (2) suburb Pros. (1) Nice room. (2) Easy to get in and out - Parking is like at your own house (except you have to be a bit patient if there's another car in the way).

Strategic, clean & affordable
Reviewed By hassy12Location is very strategic. Right on Jalan Besar where all the nice cafe is. (Kula Cake, Kuantan Pickers, Tjantek, Kopi & Teh, Akar Kopi, Lena Cafe, Sup Ayam Kampung) to name a few. River Esplanade is just right behind the hotel. Our room is facing the river, upon request. To my suprise for the price, the hotel is very clean. Tv has many channel including sport. A mini fridge & sejadah. I bet the hotel is recently refurbish as it has a nice new paint coating & flooring. And so does the bathroom. They even offer connecting room, which is good if you are travelling in group & to my suprise they have lift. Parking is easy & plenty, but by the counsil. So we paid around RM4.50 daily or RM0.65 per hour. Overall, if you are in Kuantan for Jalan Jalan Cari Makan. I truly recommend this hotel.

Reviewed By manis cI choose a room with the river view and it is on the lower floor so not much to see. the room is small but clean with the usual amenities. the hotel is situated at the main road, as such easy access to public transport and to some eateries and also within walking distance to the esplanade and teruntum tower

Excellent Brief Family Weekend
Reviewed By lindahamid92We took the 2 bedroom apartment. It was really clean. Shower gel, shampoo and towels were provided for 4. The kitchen was complete with pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, cups... you name it. We really enjoyed our stay. However, we noticed people in their t-shirts and trousers swimming in the pool. Some kids even had their slippers in too!!! Trust the management will be looking on this concern.
