Dear, because of a holiday and the renovation of our restaurant, we will not be working from 1st November till 1st March. See you in spring.
Amazing food, great value for money! Best in Kotor! We had the meats and cheese with risotto for start ( risotto could have been a main!) didnt want to ruin my main so they gave me the rest to take home in doggy bag so I could enjoy my main - I had the lamb! Beautiful.Wine lovey and very good value for money ( think 2.5 euros a glass) and dessert - apple crumble was to die for at only 3.5 euros! Wish had come back on my last evening in Kotor!

Following TripAdvisor reviews we decided to try this restaurant. We found it (no mean feat) and asked for a table outside. A lovely waitress said there was none available, but she would reserve one when it became free. We went off for a drink elsewhere returning ½ hour later and got an outside table. We ordered squid, prawn risotto and plain chicken with a large green salad with parmesan cheese to share. The mains were beautifully presented, cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The balsamic vinegar and the olive oil were not of the best quality and the fries served with the chicken were oily and cold but that aside the meal was much enjoyed. The risotto was served in a pan which meant that even though we were outside it remained hot until finished which was great. The waitress who seemed to be alone serving the entire restaurant worked quietly, efficiently and tirelessly â well done to her. With a bottle of wine at 16 euros and some mineral water we were 72 euros for the meal. I appreciate that Cesarica is in the centre of the very touristy old town but it is very worthy of a visit.

Restaurant in the center of Old Town. Very nice spot, atmosphere, beautiful setting. Mediteranean cuisine, fish , seafood, local meat, pasta , pizza, salad. With outdoor air condition excellent place for lunch, dinner of brunch . Gluten free.
We were wet & tired & felt bad for the cat watching us from the next table as we sat down. But we both felt we won the lottery as we ate! I had Lignje Montenegro, calamari stuffed with prosciutto & white cheese. 5 large plum-sized portions came on a skewer. My wife had Muselje na buzaru, a bowl of 15-18 black-shelled mussels, coated in red sauce topped with a lemon wedge & parsley. We both had a glass of house red & a liter of water. The calamari was the tenderest Iâve ever had--eaten huge amounts in Italy & the US--soft as gnocchi. I cut it in tiny slices to savor all the more. My wife raved over the mussels; the tangy red sauce in particular. Our house red was no big dealâpretty standard table wineâbut paired with the food it tasted 10 dollars per glass more expensive. We began to laugh about our soaking shoes. For a shoulder-season, post-lunch-rush, crummy rainy day meal, this was incredibly delicious & mentally satisfying. It reminded me of meals in Italy where the food was fresh & simply prepared, all the more delicious as a result. The waiter was appropriately attentive, the cat did not bug us for food & despite the circumstances, weâd readily go back here for more. Our only regret was not having time for dessert. No idea what Dekaderon is like when itâs slammed, but take your chances. At the indoor restaurant, the owners decorated the ceiling with chalk drawings of fish & hearty assertions about their cuisine (âPrepared with Loveâ). I could not agree more.Dear David,Thank you for writing such a detailed review. It was pleasure to read it. We hope to see you soon again. All the best,Dekaderon team

We ate dinner here one evening in Kotor and chose the restaurant as it is tucked away in a quiet square away from most of the hustle and bustle but with good reviews. Many of the restaurants have ladies our front enticing you in but this was much more relaxed. Food was excellent as was the choice of drinks including local craft beers. Service was attentive and effortless. Definitely worth a visit once the cruise ship hoardes have left for their floating steel prisons!

This restaurant specializes in fish dishes and does them right. The fish couldnât be fresher, the service is attentive, the wines are excellent, and the views are the best in Kotor. For a romantic evening, book a patio table and watch dark descend over Kotor and its memorable fortifications, all of which are illuminated at night. What an evening!

Beautiful spot to enjoy sea, view and great food. Welcome to Caffe del Mare! Gluten free available upon request.
Scoped this fish restaurant out on my many harbour side walks. Trip advisor reviews were good and overall the food was excellent with decent portions and swift, efficient service. I wanted fresh fish but couldn't find a simple fish dish on the menu that suited me so asked Suzanna (recommended by Trip Adv.) who suggested fresh sea bass, which WAS scrummy, but with 2 glasses of wine, bill came to â¬36 for 1 person. Bit overpriced. My bad; should've checked price beforehand!Dear guest, thank you for your review. All prices are stated in the menu. All the best,CDM Team

City retreat kitchen and wine bar in Kotor
Ladovina. Brightest star in Kotor. In ocean of gastronomic turist traps serving mediocre dishes, there is place like this. Casual, quality driven, ultra "snob free" restaurant. Garden with space giving enough privacy to spend whole evening at every table chosen. Till now I tried dishes which stands as standard of each. Calamari, octopus, fish soup, meats grilled mix, all delicious. If not enough, I can assure perfect, friendly and helpful table service. Sounds like advertising? It is not. Check how long I'm here, and not used to exaggerate. Must in Kotor.

What an excellent place to sit and enjoy beautiful views. Service is first class with a smile, many locals dining too. The food cooked fresh and very good this is a place to visit for sure. Serves the best aperol spritz with lots of fresh orange on rim of glass. My husband loved the dark beer so give that a try. Thank you for great service.
