In my opinion not....beautiful place,athmophere ok,nice beach around it but.....maybe waiters thinking...no need to be anything special because we are the best !!!???
Salads perfect,main food just average and service even poor.And one more thing ,no english menu in this big and popular restaurant...for me this was disappointment

This restaurant is simply the great place in countryside near St.Peterburg. It is suitable for business dinner, for families celebrations with children and wedding. Russian Fishing is exactly on the bank of the gulf of Finland in the forest. There are two parkings but if you going to visit it in summertime weekend so i`m not sure you`ll find a place for your car.
There are attractions for children and adults. The Cheburashka Zoo is for small visitors where it is possible to feeding animals. And for their parents there are 2-3 ponds with carps, trouts, sterlets and beluga. You can catch your dinner by yourself. Then chef will cook it as you ask. If you doesn`t like fishing then staff will do it for you.
The restaurant is big with open-air places and close area in wooden house. Take into account that open air is windy all time. It is possible to request plaids.
The food is awesome! Of course it is worth to order fish (baked in foil, smoked, fondue or grilled). There is a different kinds of caviar, typical Russian soups and seconds, vodka, wine and so on. The quality of all of it is exceptional while it takes long time to get it on the table especially during high season.
During the winter the restaurant is open as well with ice slide and ski for children and glint wine and irish coffee for adults.
Prices are not linear let say. For usual food they are like in the city. But for fish dishes, alcohol, caviar etc prices are high enough.
I recommend it! You can go there and you`ll get the great service, silence, respect, great food and atmosphere. It is suitable for almost all events but it is necessary to book a table and remember about traffic jams at summer weekends.

I was here yesterday. The staff were friendly (they spoke wee bit English). The service was very prompt. We ordered a medium sized pizza and it was enough for the two of us. Reasonably priced.

nice and professional staff and some even speaks english...everybody very helpfull and polity.
We took beefs what they recommended...filet perfect tenderloin medium fryed with tasty sauce....sauce have to be choosed separetally what was in my opinion as a"kitchen" professional
a little strange....its a little like spicing myself food in restaurant....i also prefer more Basic spices for beef from kitchen.However not bad feeling in my body afrer food like in many restaurant in general....i can recommend this Place.Have to still say one more thing that with starter salads bread even night time was very tasty warm and crispy.....good !!!

Много лет посещал ресторан, было много разных изменений но уровень заведения всегда был высоким. На днях, зашли с друзьями снова. Изменения почувствовали на входе - исчез гардероб(( Дальше больше: меню сократилось координально - из ресторана с пивоварней, Набережная превратилась в пивную с ограниченным выбором холодных и горячих закусок. С трудом выбрали еду, т.к. хотели именно поужинать и выпить, а не выпить и закусить. При на треть заполненном зале несли пиво и готовили очень долго: 30 минут на холодное и 45 на горячее, 10 минут ждали пиво. "Извините, очень много заказов!" сказал официант. Что же случится если зал заполнится хотя бы на половину? Качество еды не стоило такого долгого ожидание. Пиво, по прежнему отличное, к нему вопросов нет. Наконец в конце, официант отказался принимать дисконтную карту ресторана. "У нас теперь новые хозяева!". И что? Новым хозяевам не нужны лояльные клиенты? Между прочим карта была накопительной и что бы получить приличную скидку, надо было оставить в ресторане не одну десятку тысяч.

Друзья для празднования своей свадьбы выбрали ресторан "Залив". Забронировали веранду под банкет на 45 человек. Помещение небольшое: 4 круглых стола по 10 человек, стол для молодых.
Кроме веранды есть большой зал в основном помещении, столики под зонтиками на улице.
День выдался самым жарким за все лето. На пляже, выход на который прямиком из ресторана, загорали люди и купались в заливе.
На нашей веранде (крытой, она не проветривалась) было очень душно: не было ни кондиционеров, ни вентиляторов.
Официанты встретили кислыми лицами, никто не поздоровался. Обслуживание ужасное: нам не обновляли напитки, еду, не уносили пустые тарелки. Молодожёны привезли коньяк, который попросили разлить по графинам. До тех пор, пока не спросили про него, на столах не появился. Т.е. официанты хотели оставить себе, ожидая, что никто не вспомнит про него.
По нашей просьбе принесли 1 ведерко льда. Второе ведерко льда мы так и не дождались, т.к. у них сломался автомат для производства льда. В +27 в душном помещении и без льда!
Все ждали скорейшего перерыва в программе, чтобы выйти на пляж.
Единственное,за что можно похвалить - еда! Действительно вкусная и разнообразная: несколько видов мяса, рыба, суши, закуски, свежие горячие булочки, салаты.
В целом, общее впечатление было сильно испорчено. Ресторан разочаровал. Второй раз точно не поеду.

We came with our friends for dinner and famous Russian singer performance. Place was full on this Satturday night and tables had to be reserved in advance. Food was good, but as it was prefixed menu for the show, probably did not give full justice to the kitchen. Service was excellent as the whole experience.

Сказка стала первой точкой в поисках места для обеда. И крайне неудачной. Место пустынное, одиноко стоит на Приморском шоссе. Пустая парковка, пустой ресторан, в котором никого нет, кроме одного мальчика. Нет света, нет большинства блюд. Космически завышенные цены.
Для таких цен довольно убогий дизайн, бабушкины дешевые гобелены на диванах, на кого расчитано данное место - не понятно. Персонал вежливый - за это спасибо. Но абсолютно неуютное место, в которое больше не хочется заезжать. Извините, не рекомендую.

This restaurant left almost the last in this part of Repino because we didint see it from main road...2nd reason was that this advertisment didnt lock us to turn there....however this time we took the risk to try it...Place beatifull near bech with nice landscape over the see.Inside live fireplace and nice smell from that...big round comfortable restaurand with big Windows....Fresh crispy bread with nice decorated salad as starter...very tasty shaslics and our speciality "Hatsipura" fresh baked Georgian ...."like" pizza.
I dont know about other food but this one we eated was first class and most tasty i have got in this area.

Отдыхали в отеле зашли пообедать . В ресторане сидели одни . Борщ - супер! Потрясающий цыплёнок из нового меню ! На десерт порекомендовали трубочки с кремом - съели с огромным удовольствием ! Не дёшево, но достойно ! Спасибо! Из пожеланий - морс подавайте пожалуйста в стаканах бОльшего размера ! Стаканчики по 100 грамм - как то не солидно ! Спасибо ! Успехов!
