Reviewed By IngulinkaExcellent villa in Karkle, specially off season. Nice atmosphere, everything is very special decorated, away from crowded public area. Place, there you can find relax, enjoy nature and your private area. The beach is 5 min walk, but it can be much longer when you are going and enjoying area around. Kitchen has very well equipment for preparing your own food just need to take it from the shop (We took from Palanga).Owners are very kind and helpful! Recommend stay here!

Our Homestead is located near Klaipeda in a peaceful place next to a grove. Entertainment Complex Dinosaur Park and Restaurant “Radailiu dvaras” are just 300 m. away. We can accommodate 50 people in the 11 rooms located on the second and the third floor of the main building. 4 of the rooms are doubles, 2 of the rooms are four-seated 3 rooms designed for six guests

Reviewed By Paul HSo my family and I stayed here for a night while travelling around Lithuania. It was very cheap for the location and time of year so we didn't hope for much however we had so much fun here. Very quiet staff super friendly and very accommodating, basketball court was a bit like a British road but we had hours of fun with our girls. Nice setting too, definitely go back next year when we make our annual visit to beautiful lithuanian beaches.

The worst experience! Ignorant staff!
Reviewed By brit kWe had problems with cleanliness, lack of toiletries, inoperative TV, staff rudeness, breakfast table was not being filled up as more guests came to eat and staff was just standing with a ridiculous smerk on their face, they used young students as staff who did not do their job-we arrived in our room and the pillow cases were dirty and when the boy came in he said he had just changed it!!????? I mean just change it again then I dont care if you already did it, it is dirty! We left our room in the morning with a "please clean room" sign hanging at the door and arrived back around 5pm and it was not cleaned. There is like 5 rooms in that place! How hard is it? Paying that kind of money (135eur per night) you expect a clean room! We wanted to leave and not pay for next night and were told we have to pay anyway. In general the staff treated us with utmost negligence and ignored the issues by smiling like crazy people. We made complaint and they are ignoring to solve the case for 2.5 months now hoping we will leave it to that. I have written several inquiries and not received any responses. I would never recommend this place to anyone not even for free. The rooms are tired and dirty. Karma will get them for sure.

Yes, l would stay there again
Reviewed By Gosia_S1972We had apartment for two with bedroom upstairs. And this was the biggest disadvantage. Especially in night as the bathroom was downstairs. Also it was getting hot there during the day, however bedroom was air conditioned. Good place to stay longer as there was enough place to put your belongings. Still I do not understand why they have not managed to adapt this space in a way that it would be suitable for 4 persons.

You can trust the uploaded photos because they are 100% realistic. It is a place ideally located from the sea - where you can quickly reach the beach and hear the light roar of the sea pleasing to the ear. And at the right distance from the center - it is far enough away to enjoy the peace and close enough to walk to the desired cultural event. Last but not least, the owners of the villa are extremely pleasant and caring. Order - you will not regret it :)

Perfect 2 weeks on Baltic sea
Reviewed By Irina AThank to Donatas and his wife we spent 2 weeks of wonderful vacation in Palanga in July-August 2014. Half of success - staying in Palangos Vila:) Hotel located in 10 minutes from beach, 5 minutes to the city center, 2 minutes to supermarket and 15 minutes to large supermarket. Bike rent was on the first floor - very comfortable. Nice view from the balcony, morning coffee on balcony with view of the sea and pine forest was a great pleasure. Room was cozy and spacious enough for 2 adults and 1 baby. Next time I will stay at this hotel, for sure!

Reviewed By TatuvalДомик находится на частной территории, заезд через шлагбаум. Территория тихая, домик стоит рядом с небольшим прудом. Сам дом новый и, судя по всему, хозяин сдает гостевые аппартаменты, все оформлено со вкусом, мебель и сантехника совершенно новые. Также можно взять ключ от калитки, пройдя через которую, вы войдете в ароматный сосновый лес и по тропике дойдете до Балтийского побережья.

A little vacation
Reviewed By TripsByAnaIt was a lovely stay at this little motel. The people running it are very helpful and friendly. They try to make you welcome there. The third floor has the smallest and older rooms but you have everything you need there. You do have to share bathrooms though. There are 2 bathrooms on this floor and we didn´t feel uncomfortable once, they were clean all the time (I think they cleaned it 10 times a day) and one of them was always free. The second floor has larger rooms. Those are modern and have teir en-suite bathrooms. They are also suitable for families. There is no breakfast available but you can keep your stuff in the fridge and use the kitchen. A little Maxima grocery store is right there close to the place. The main street is few minutes walking distance. Definately would come back another time while in Palanga!

Reviewed By France77Die grosse Überraschung bei unserem Palanga-Besuch. Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer günstigen Bleibe, daher erwarteten wir nicht viel. Aber wir wurden positiv überrascht. Es fing an, dass wir von der Besitzerin persönlich und gute Laune verbreitend vom Flughafen abgeholt wurden (Nachts um 1 Uhr!!!). Die Unterkunft war im Bungalow-Stil und eher rustikal, aber mit allem drum und dran: Küche, Badezimmer, Esstisch und eines der bequemsten Betten aller Zeiten! Zudem wurden wir bei der Ankunft noch zu einem Tee eingeladen, welches wir aber dankend ablehnten, aufgrund der Uhrzeit. Die Lage ist ideal für den Parkbesuch, und zum Strand sind es etwa 10 Minuten, und zur Partymeile / Pier etwa 15 Minuten. Das hat den Vorteil, dass die Gegend ruhig ist -> guter Schlaf. Des Weiteren: Nach dem Check-out wurden wir nochmals chauffiert, einfach so. Danke Darius Ir Girenas!

Great location but...
Reviewed By jenstouphWe stayed here last year as there is only one other hotel here, so they is not alot of choice. We stayed on the top floor last year, This year we are on ground level. I probably prefer the top floor as it feels a better room but I would agree with the other reviews it lacks a bit of TLC. It's a wonderful place to visit and great to have somewhere to stay at a good price but a few basic improvements could be made. I agree with the other comments visitors have made. I'll see if it's any different next year.
