The alpine nest hotel is located at the middle of lush green and picturesque Reckong Peo area. It on the half way to Kalpa exactly 3.5 Km from Reckong Peo. Its consists of 10 double budget room surrounded by beautiful apple garden. There is a direct bus every 15 min from Reckong Peo down town and main bus stand to hotel.

Reviewed By amora1963If you arrive here believing it to be situated in Kalpa, you may wonder what the hype is about, because beautiful Kalpa village lies a few kilometers further uphill from here. On our stay there were just the cook, a friendly elderly man and a young boy running the operation. The menu here is a guideline only as some items on it are unfamiliar to the chef, and if you book B and B, continental style breakfasts are not included in the deal. The local food served here though is excellent and plentiful.

The property is situated at Reckong peo , Kalpa region and is enroute to the local bus stand from the main market of reckong peo. This place offers the stunning Kinner Kailash view from every room balcony where you can sit and feel the calmess and tranquility this place offers . Big parking facility is available . This place is perfect stop for en - route to SPITI VALLEY as bus stand is very near also with cab facilities .

It was a very pleasant stay, couldn’t ask for more. -Very comfortable with excellent up to date amenities -Great view of the mountains -Tasty home cooked comfort food -Mr. Sudhanshu and his father are such nice hosts, very grounded, knowledgeable and sweet, we had some amazing conversations. -The homestay is very near to market and other attractions at Peo -Can find local busses easily for Kalpa Would love to visit again with friends and family. Reviewed By mausumeeVery nice rooms tastefully decorated and you get an awesome view of the mountain ranges if you are staying in the rooms on the higher floors.However it is located about 2.5kms from the city centre and you can access it before you reach the proper city. As it is located next to apple orchards ,you can also feast your Eyes with views of apple laden trees in the gardens.

OK budget choice but check the outlets
Reviewed By RichfromDCUses both Lovon and Loven on their signs. This guest house is mentioned in Indian travel blogs, particularly for the food, which was good but not exceptional. Room was clean with nice view of farm/garden (same owner) as well as mountains. Outlet didn't work so I moved to Reo.....across the street; Tashi Delek across the street seems to have better food.

Excellent place to stay at Rakcham Rangnoo resort , great care takers
Reviewed By Sdhawan61Our family of 4 and our dog stayed at this place for 3 nights , it was a delight to stay with Anoop and Tenzing. The cottages were very comfortable and staff was very friendly and very helpful , they even took us for a small walks around the village , accepted our requests for local chowmin from village dhaba and also went on for small trek near the snow where we did ice skaining Our visit to chitkul which is just 13 kms away was also nice , I would strongly recommend to stay at this place far from noise and hassles , Sangla is a big NO but this is just ahead of Sangla by 20 min and is a hidden paradise in mountains

Good budget option for short duration
Reviewed By Arnab DBaspa Guest House gets one brownie point for being the only hotel in Sangla open throughout the year. It is located quite close to the bus stand and the market. Rooms are better maintained now as compared to my previous visit over a year before. They have geysers in restrooms, but don't expect running water during winters since the water in pipelines gets frozen. The rooms are quite warm and have wooden interiors. I haven't tried the food here since there are several good eateries available in the market.
