Reviewed By RamKarthiragaI have stayed in Sri Srinivasa Lodge which is very much nearer to Khammam Railway station. Cons: They don't have separate bath room. And there is no shower nor heater. Suitable only for 1 day solo travellers, where you can rest yourself. Take care used or washed clothes. Pros: Heater and Shower available in Rooms. As far as Ac dormitory is concerned its good. Location is added advantage

Reviewed By Anand MWe booked a room for 3, and got an extra bed squeezed into an already cramped room that had a queen-size bed, so there was no space to walk around! It was exorbitant, costed us around Rs 2200 total (1800 for the room, 400 for the extra bed). So I talked with the manager and found him rude as well, he claimed any hotel that has more than 2 beds per room is a dormitory and not a hotel. Anyway, the name of this hotel is deceiving! It's not budget. No bottled water provided at all! Even the toiletries were below par (we were provided just one soap and shampoo sachet; whereas typically the number should be based on number of guests), I wonder why they consider themselves a star hotel. And very rude behavior at reception and by management. Car parking is inadequate, we had to park outside so it was quite hot when we were about to leave in the morning. The floor in the room was quite sticky, so we ended up walking around with footwear on all the time. We were sent teas to our room although we didn't ask for them, and we were about to be charged for them, so I had a debate about it at checkout. There were several other customers at reception, each having some or other problem - for one customer, the hotel wasn't providing a bill/invoice of their in-room dining expense. However, the complimentary breakfast was a buffet, which was quite good - the only saving grace. We had idlis, dosa, omelette, etc. (this is why I gave 2/5 instead of 1/5).

Restaurant interiors are very impressive and tables are very spacious. We ordered quite few items as we were not hungry, food served in quick time. Food was okay, nothing special to mention other than restaurant's interior and ambiance. I don't mind to visit again and again if I am visiting Khammam.

Poor cleaning and maintenance and absurd rules
Reviewed By johnkottaramThe hotel is located centrally in a busy area but was marked wrongly on google maps. It has a dedicated parking. The Check in was uneventful. The keycards to the room didn't work properly. The rooms were furnished well, but maintenance seemed to be bad. The linens were not clean and they were some other guest artefacts lying in the toilet. The TV also didn't have many channels subscribed. They also have some pretty absurd rules that you cannot bring your own drinking water into the hotel.

Worst residency I faced in my whole life
Reviewed By 254sravankworst hotel to stay ....dont stay here.....they will charge more money without any amenites(no ac,no fan,no hotwater,worst maintainance)...you can go any other residency other than this.....this is my worst experience.....waste....if i upload photos i have taken in my room.....u will never go there.....

Reviewed By PriyanshuP28Stayed there for 2 nights. Starting from positive side, staff was very cooperative and tried to fulfill the requirements of guest. On the down side, room was not that good as I expected. It was clean n tidy but some of the things was broken and few things was missing like clothe hanger in bathroom, might be it was the last room available at that time. Breakfast buffet was aslo not upto the mark, limited options and only idly n dosa was there, that to cold. I would suggest they should seriously work on their breakfast menu and rooms

Reviewed By Santhosh Kumar MBeen here today and experienced pathetic taste of food.. interestingly even after complaining the food. Waiter is refused take back the food and forced to eat us and try to convince us. Final verdict: Please don't visit it again
