Had a Late dinner with my daughter , 2 big tiger praws with fried noodles, a fruit Juice and a beer ..total 150 RM ....one of the praws was not edable as it was not fresh tasted acidy/old

We ordered Tom Yam, vegetables, omelette and tempura kangkong which is their chef recommendation, fish and chips and fries. The lady boss makes sure our food was ok and even offered to take a family photo for us even we did not ask for it. Price wise is still reasonable as compared to other restaurants in Langkawi which are overpriced. Bill came out was Rm78.5@ for 2 adults, 2 kids.

Good Thai restaurant with nice food (spicy and non-spicy). The sign stated there's no pork served.We ordered some fish, pipi shell , etc. had a big group of two tables. There's no aircond but plenty of ceiling fans to keep the breeze flowing.Limited parking at the front

This place was such a good find we actually went to the effort to list it on trip advisor. Short version: good menu selection, great tasting food with decent portion sizes and we considered the pricing to be below what it was actually worth (AU$3 - $4 for starters $5 - 7 for mains, $2 beer). Best non local food we've had in SE Asia.Longer version: we have been budget travelling around SE Asia for nearly 3 months. We generally eat at very local places however when we crave more western style food we try and look for a reasonable restaurant with decent pricing. Most of the time we are disappointed with the general quality and lack of flavour at these places and wish we had just stuck with the cheaper local food. We past by Bali Spice Cafe on our scooter and the next night felt like a break from stall food so decided to give it a go. The menu wasn't huge but offered a nice selection including pasta, chicken, fish etc. We opted to sit on the one outside table however they have tables in air conditioning inside with a bar, pool table and they play funky music. I ordered the chicken (think it was called Jamaican chicken) and water and my partner the pasta and a beer. The service was good and the waiter topped up my water every time the glass was getting low(water was free of charge - first time we've had this at any eating place). The food arrived and it felt like we had died and gone to heaven! Ok maybe a slight exaggeration but the flavours were delicious and the portion sizes generous. I had been craving a big chunk of chicken with veges, potatoes and gravy that most importantly had some flavour and was not disappointed. My partners pasta was equally delicious and was actually a really big portion size for pasta. The meal was so good that we told the waiter (normally we don't make a fuss like this) and asked why they were not listed on trip advisor (we had done a search for restaurants in Kuah and not many had come up). We returned a few days later and was worried we would be disappointed as sometimes the follow up meal is not as nice but luckily again the food was excellent. This isn't a fancy restaurant however of all the places we have eaten at excluding local food (local food is great but sometimes we need a break) this has by far been the tastiest best value for money place we have found.

Went to the duty free shop nearby. After having done my shopping, I search for a seafood restaurant using trip advisor. Long story short, food was great and price was reasonable too. Definitely better than those overrated seafood restaurant at Pantai Cenang.

Portions were good and price was low. But overall the 4 dishes we ordered were too spicy to let us enjoy the taste, even when my son specifically asked for as little spice as possible. Not as good as Wonderland which we visited the next day

We having the dinner here when we first reach Langkawi at night, nice sunset viewing angle with windy environment for dinner. Although it take a bit long hour for serving the food, but it is delicious and worth for waiting, especially the fried sotong. Will definitely visit if we re-visit Langkawi in coming future.

Wan Thai suggests a Thai restaurant, but to us it was more Malay.Very clean, very smooth in its operation with friendly attentive staff.the food was enjoyable without being fantastic. The biggest criticism was the seafood fried rice where the seafood was dry and tough as though it had been cooked for sometime. Another good value meal
