Located in an evergreen Olive Grove, this property is the supreme place of peace and quiet. Our property is located in South Corfu, next to the long sandy beach of Kavos. Come experience the true Greek hospitality, indulge yourself in the morning breeze next to our king size swimming pool, or enjoy the sunset on our garden sun beds with one of our exclusive pool bar cocktails. Try the delicacies of our pool restaurant, choosing among different breakfast and dinner options. Our guests will find a multilingual reception as well as free wifi throughout the property and free private car parking on site. Our Annex apartments offer self catering accommodation for our guests, in Triple apartments with kitchenettes as well as Family apartments with kitchens (2 bedroom apartments). Our Annex building is located 120 meters from the Main building and swimming pool (2 minutes walking). The pool bar-restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as light meals and drinks throughout the day. Daily cleaning service is provided as well as towels and sheets change. Our hotel also arranges airport transfer and car rental services.
Awful Experience
Reviewed By eryny2022I was suppose to be staying at Olive Grove for 10 nights. However, due to the poor conditions of the hotel, I left after one night. During that one night stay, these are the issues that occurred: •Building works being done all around us •We paid extra for breakfast to be included, however there was only one choice we could have •The beach was under construction meaning we could not go •Although the swimming pool was not open at the time of our stay, it was in the most awful condition •When telling the owners we were leaving, they charged my bank card with the full amount for the 10night stay without letting me know. Although I was happy to pay for the night I stayed, they still took the full payment out and are refusing to pay me back •The owners are now refusing to pay me any sort of refund •Somebody walked into our room unannounced (which for obvious reasons made us worried about our safety) •There was rubbish all over the place, making it feel very unsanitary The room itself was not that bad but it was still not the one I paid for which left me disappointed. If you are to stay at this place, please be aware that you will not get your money’s worth and if you do want a refund, it is unlikely to happen due to the owners refusal.

Nice place with nice people
Reviewed By 795hana_Hi, we stayed there 6 days and I really enjoyed all of them. Nice rooms, lovely pool, bar, nice breakfasts, dinners (best Greek salad I ever had!), all of this few steps from the sea and close to the city center. Lot of things to do around, during the day and also during the night :-) Nice people there, including owners, bartender and even cleaning ladies :-) hope to come back soon.

Perfect place for a relaxing holiday by the sea
Reviewed By Maria OWe spent a beautiful time during our stay at Biscoutsis apartments. The house is in a garden in front of a sandy beach. Guests are allowed to use sun loungers, ping-pong table, kayak, surf and bikes. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Further away you can find beautiful beaches, trail and hiking routes. People are very nice and friendly. We enjoyed every moment of our holiday and would like to come back next year.

Kavos Panorama Complex consists of 14 Studios (sleeping 1-3 guests). The complex features a swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. The snack bar is located at the swimming pool area, offering full English breakfast, coffees, fresh juices and ice-creams, and also a variety of delicious snacks throughout the day. Spirits, shots and a variety of beers are also served. Our pool bar is the ideal place to relax with a refreshing cocktail. Satellite TV (SKY TV) is available at the pool area, offering all the top football games and popular TV shows. Greek nights and melon parties are regularly organized.Located only 4-5 minutes on foot to the center of Kavos. The golden sand beach with warm, clear and shallow water is in close distance, only 200 m (650 ft) from the apartments.

Reviewed By Savvywaitress1234My friends and I all booked this place for 5 nights in kavos, we were all young girls in our early 20s and did feel unsafe in this complex as anyone can walk up into our room from the street. The hall way was also so loud so every night we were awoken by people coming in late at night. The door of our room appeared to be kicked in from before. There was also no door on out shower so the bathroom was constantly wet (room 6) the balcony door only one of them locked and it is very easy to climb over into the next balcony so that also made us felt uneasy especially because there were a lot of men staying next door. The kitchen appliances were not up to scratch.Our ‘sea view apartment’ had no sea view. The staff were nice but i wouldn’t recommend if you want a stress free nights sleep.

Best beach bar
Reviewed By Diane FWe did not stay in the apartments but did meet a couple who said it was lovely. We were strolling along the beach and found a little haven away from the crowds. Gregory the owner is lovely and welcoming. We sat on the beach 2.50€ for each sun bed and were able to use the pool too. We went back everyday and found it tranquil as if we had a private villa. Will definitely come back on our next holiday. Best kept secret! Thank you Gregory for a lovely restful time at Sweet Dreams, we will definitely be back. Love the dogs too!! Kevin and Diane

Malgrado questo sono partita con coraggio e scetticismo e sono stata premiata. Ho trovato tranquillità, mare bello e tanta cordialità da parte degli abitanti (addirittura tutte le abitazioni con i cancelli aperti per l'accesso al mare !). E' vero che in una parte di Kavos c'è una vivace vita notturna. Ma questo solo dalle 02:00 in poi e le strutture ricettive sono comunque insonorizzate. Penso che si possa equiparare alla vita notturna delle più famose Mykonos, Ios ecc.!!! Si trovano inoltre spiagge di sabbia per famiglie e una di queste segnalata tra le spiagge più belle. Maria's apartments sono stati una piacevole sorpresa. Quasi impossibile immaginare come nel centro di una cittadina ci sia tanto verde, tanti fiori e il canto del gallo al mattino regalando la sensazione di avere mare e campagna allo stesso tempo. I proprietari poi ti accolgono a braccia aperte facendoti sentire di famiglia. Abbiamo cenato insieme più volte mangiando i prodotti del loro orto. Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa !!! Tutto questo mi ha portato a prolungare la vacanza di una settimana. Carla e Gianni

Kalypso Studios is located in Kavos which is the most southern part in Corfu. The hotel consists of 30 rooms. The advantages of staying at Kalypso Studios are the luscious green and tranquil surroundings making it so relaxing and such a perfect location to stay 100m from the main road full of shops, souvenirs and restaurants, not to mention the fantastic night life well know for partying. The nearest beach is a short walk at 120 m. Kalypso studios in Kavos is 45 km from town and airport. The bus station is 100 m from the hotel and journey to town is approximately 1 hour. Each room at the hotel has its own private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a deposit box, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Every room has its own balcony / veranda to enjoy and relax with a view of either the garden or the pool. Relax around the pool during the day in the sun and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of the bar at night, tasting the delicious refreshing cocktails. Also try different events. Our friendly and helpful staff is here to make sure you have a fantastic experience and to show you how brilliant Greek hospitality is. ROOM DESCRIPTION INFO Each room here at Kalypso is a very comfortable room at 24 sq. meters each. Each room is for two adults and a baby up to 2 years old. A baby cot is provided at no extra cost. If the child is older than 2 years old an extra bed (sofabed) will be added at an extra cost. Each room has its own private bathroom with a shower that has constant hot water (solar) and a hairdryer. The kitchen includes electric hobs, refrigerator, cutlery, dishes and glasses. Every room provides a deposit box and air conditioning at an extra cost. Free Wi-Fi is offered in all the rooms. All rooms have a nice veranda or balcony with a great view of the pool or garden to enjoy the sun while having your breakfast or midday coffee.

Reviewed By 480benedettacI stayed in Kalypso studios for 2 nights and 3 days and I enjoyed my staying a lot. My room was quite big and very clean. The place was very cute and at the same time very comfortable. The hotel is located near the beach and also near pubs and discos, which can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. There is also a free pool, where you can sunbathe and swim.

Seaside Resorts is a family owned hotel in a beachfront location in South Corfu. Comfortable studios and apartments with a view either at the sea or the garden. Some of the rooms are airconditioned while all of them feature a kitchenette, fridge and all the necessary kitchenware and dinnerware to use. Pool with pool bar and restaurant on site. Private beach with free sunbeds for all our guests. Wifi available for free. Seaside Resorts is conveniently located less than 1 km from the lively Kavos Strip. Kavos is famous for its bars and clubs but also for restaurants with Greek and international cuisine. Lefkimmi Village is 3 km away. Reviewed By Pete2591I booked due to the good reviews on trip advisor and booking.com. The place is nice - great pool and sun beds, simple but spacious rooms which were clean and well-maintained. The bathroom is more of a wet room which is fine however there was no fitting to hold the shower hose so you had to hold it all the time and the towel- rail to hold the towels was broken in my room. (Room 13) I also found it a bit disappointing that there was no complimentary small bottle of water or even some hand soap in the bathroom! It’s also ‘self-catering’ but they only give you a couple of plates and knives and forks, there isn’t a lot of cooking equipment, only 1 frying pan. And no soap or sponge to wash anything up! There wasn’t a huge selection of food there - burger, omelette, pizza, salad etc. I ate there once and had the pork souvlaki which was cooked very well and tasted nice. The location is ok but I’d definitely recommend hiring a car/bike/quad. There is only a couple of bars/restaurants within walking distance (10-15mins and there is no pavement and it’s not well lit in the evening) It’s also right on the main road with motorbikes and cars racing past so it’s not exactly peaceful when you’re trying to relax by the pool. It’s a 6-8 mins drive to the Kavos strip (8 euros in a cab) and 6-8 mins drive to Lidl supermarket (in the opposite direction) I asked for late check out as my flight wasn’t until late evening and they charged me 20 euros. This was a shame as being in a very quiet hotel at the beginning of September, it would have been nice to waive this fee as a gesture of nice hospitality and goodwill. All in all, I enjoyed my stay but I probably wouldn’t stay again.
