I would like to thank Mr Chaman ( Manager) ??and to the lovely house keeping staff ( Jyoti, Sunil and Surinder)?. They all go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The best hotel I have ever been privileged to stay at. Overall , I had a wonderful experience with them❤️?.

Good for one or 2 nights with all basic facilities
Reviewed By savvy222Stayed 2 nights. Comfortable bed with clean sheets. Neat bathroom with toiletries. Kettle with tea and coffee sachets available in room. For the price they charge it was value for money. Pickup and drop facility to helipad was prompt. We had Punjabi and gujrathi thali for lunch. I liked the Punjabi thali better. My taste. All dishes were good. We ordered a stuffed mushroom dish for dinner. Though the taste was good they had added bright green colour to the mayonnaise..looked yuck and not a healthy option.. Overall would recommend this hotel.

Front desk person are very professional and attended very nicely specially Mr devender, Mr Pawan. Family Room is neat and clean. Driver behaviour is good who picked and droped to Helipad.

Reviewed By Ritesh SHad a fantastic stay in the hotel. Mr. Rohit Raj at the reception was very polite and courteous. Mr Sanjeev was our cab driver to the helipad for yatra trip and he gave us detailed info regarding the same. Overall it was a very good experience at Rama Trident and I would highly recommend to plan your stay here.

Amazing resort with the best of rooms, great landscape, awesome restaurant and great people working there ! Since I was on a solo trip and too for first time darshan of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi, I was little worried, but hotel staff made sure my stay was comfortable. They responded everytime I reached out to them on phone, even before my stay and answered all my queries. They even arranged pick and drop from Jammu airport on my request. Even for banganga check point they arranged pick up and drop, even at odd hours like night or early morning. Big thanks to whole team !!!

The size of a base category room is 375 Square Feet with a separate sitting area and a sofa-cum-bed for families with kids. The view opens towards the Landmark of Trikuta Hills (Vaishnodevi Shrine). Situated in the proximity of Central Office of the Mata Vaishnodevi Shrine Board, It is very conveniently located near to all important places from where the Pilgrimage to Mata Vaishnodevi starts. We provide full support with regard to the pilgrimage to our guests and serve purely vegetarian meals with a vast variety of Indian, Chinese, Continental and Local specialties.

Reviewed By Mitin_K_KumarFor us, KC Residency has been symbolic with Vaishno Devi trip - be it their Jammu hotel (more frequented) or the Katra one. However I must admit that with the bombardment of accommodation options in Katra, KC Residency has definitely not been able to keep up the pace. Biggest downer for me personally was the staff behavior. They were not rude but were plain indifferent. For instance: some areas of the room were dusty and the request for cleaning was only heeded the next day during housekeeping activity. Also the staff was not a cheerful lot except the reception guy and were always expecting tips. Thankfully food was a saving grace. Anyways we were so busy with our divine yatra that there was no time to complain. But there hospitality glitches need to be addressed if the hotel wants to regain its former glory.
