Very good hotel, modern, good location just to feel good
Reviewed By Companion21872393609I can recommend the hotel without exception, the room is top, well equipped, comfortable, has everything you need even tea and coffee is available. Everything is new and very modern. The service is impeccable and stands's very helpful, very friendly staff in all areas. The location is ideal there is everything you need shopping restaurants cafes and also the beach is less than 10 min away. The location is very quiet. The breakfast I could enjoy in the neighboring hotel right next to also very tasty and varied. Anytime I like to came back.

Reviewed By Kate NAwesome quiet place to stay, 5 min ride to Kata beach and supermarkets just down the road. Apartment self contained and has everything you need. Glen & Noi are lovely and very helpful. They even have motorbikes to rent which I recommend as there is a steep hill and hence the name ‘Mountain Seaview’.

Very Bad customer service
Reviewed By chairat83I have a friends, whom to stay in this place. I want to make a surprise for them for there birthday, very simple. I planned to prepare everything by myself, from them just need to delivery to the room in the morning. I tried to contact by the number from their official wen site. 1st number lady try to reject, even did listen careful what I tired to explain, after she said she s not reception and gave me number of reception. thank you for this. but for this number no one pick-up phone, never. as on web site have one more mobile number, I tried to call there, 1st man pick up my call, said me to wait 5 minutes and after drop my call. I tried to call back several time, but they reject all the time and after just ignore it. so, its mean you cannot count to get any service from them, they not able to help at all. after you paid money, they will forget you. very sad to meet this situation in the land of smile.

Reviewed By Allan SAlthough the hotel needs a little bit of a make over our recent 13 night stay was excellent, comfortable big bed, decent air conditioning, fridge ,safe and kettle, the bathrooms were where the refurbishment was needed most although again always plenty of hot water,we were room only and only tried breakfast once which again was fine, the rooms were cleaned to a good standard and towels changed daily, location is about 10 minutes walk to beach but close to some very nice restaurants, the best part about the hotel were the staff always smiling and ready to help with any problems, thanks for a lovely stay

Reviewed By sonicasonicaKata View Ocean Residence are a scam. Beware of them and their lack of honorable business transactions. Payment in full was received and written confirmation of said monies for accommodation was provided for 4 holiday apartments, but Kata View Ocean Residence left us standing outside in the road with small children upon arrival from South Africa. We had to find other accommodation and have not received a response to our e-mails and up to date have not received a refund from them.

Reviewed By F1135XP_Отдых с семьёй. С 03-12.02.2019 Из плюсов зелёная территория и красивый вид на закат. Как плюс хороший фитнесс. По расположению 30-40 минут до цивилизации( море, рынок,кафе, рестораны) с детьми вообще не совету. На территории не большой магазин, но цены выше, чем в 7 элеван. А теперь персонал и сам Отель- Персонал, просто нет нормальных слов для описании их. Не отзывчивые, С видом, что сюда приехали. Ничего не хотят делать. Очень не приятные люди. В номерах уборки нет, либо она формально номинальная. Прейскуранта на ценности в апартаментах нет. Будте внимательны, если что то сломаете, или у вас сломается, то придётся платить очень и очень много. У нас лопнул стакан. Нам пришлось, при выезде заплатить 200 батт. Иначе мы имели бы проблемы с полицией. Гид наш, вообще на хотел не приезжать не общаться не помогать. Не рекомендую этот ужас.

Очень далеко от моря и крутая гора

Сказать, что отель, вернее даже не отель, а съемная квартира находится на горе - это ничего не сказать. Гора метров 200, градус наклона,наверное, 75, апартаменты находятся посредине этой горы. В гостиной номера не было штор, после обращения к персоналу, их так и не стало, а напротив находится другой комплекс, из окон которого все прекрасно было видно. Мы были пешком, но при данном расположении транспорт только для отчаянных покорителей гор)). Отдыхали 2 взрослых и 2 ребёнка: 6 лет и 1 год; плату за электричество взяли за всех четверых. Ресепшена вообще нет, обратиться с какой-либо проблемой некуда! Уборка была через три дня после заселения, при этом туалетную бумагу не положили, воду не оставили, поменяли только полотенца и простыни. Дополнительное спальное место для ребёнка 6 лет - это матрац на полу!)) Сауна платная 5 бат за 15 минут, бассейн очень маленький. Ещё один минус - отсутствие кафе и магазинов поблизости, т.е. купить еду или покушать, чтобы ничего не готовить негде. Прожили там пять дней и убежали без оглядки)))
