Amazing stay in this welcoming hotel of a beautiful remote Greek island
Reviewed By matteoraviglioneWe initially planned to stay for 2 nights on the island, at the hotel, but ended up staying for 1 week. The best is the owner and staff! We felt very welcomed since we first walked in. She made sure that we were doing fine, she also helped us arrange visits and hikes around the island. On our last day, she came to remind us that the airplane was about to leave, and explained how to get to the shuttle. Other than that, the hotel location is amazing, at the end of the harbor with a great terrace, which means a nice quiet location. The rooms have a nice view on the harbour and sea. The breakfast is well furnished and tasty, with a mix of salty and sugar. Eggs, bacon, tomatoes, feta, peppers, salmon, other cheeses, yogurt, muesli, small croissants, and more... There's one of the best accesses to the sea from the terrace. On the terrace, there's also a bar for afternoon snacks, cocktails and small plates. We've barely left the place and are already planning a trip to come back.

Reviewed By EsFornVellWow. We still can’t believe our luck in choosing to stay here over the half term break in October. Cleopatra & Vasilis are kind & generous hosts; there when you need them & always with a friendly wave & smile when you head out or back ‘home’. The 10 mins walk into the harbour area is up & down but easy & the views from the terrace towards Turkey are just wonderful. We so enjoyed walking in for coffee & pastries in the morning especially. The bakery is amazing! We travel a lot, often in Asia where we find stunning huts & off the beaten track beaches, & this is up there with the best of them. It’s such a special place, as is the island itself. Don’t hesitate to stay here.... it’s such a vibey place with Turkey twinkling in the distance. 10/10 from parents & teens alike.

Reviewed By Chucken1Well the place is like a Magical island. Anna is the most amazing host and loveliest lady you could meet. She speaks brilliant English as she has lived there and obvs Greek. Any info you need just ask her and she is very accommodating. The Island is just magic. I have lived in Greece before but this is like Greece 20 years ago. A village atmosphere once the ferry goes out and the evening is a bustle of food, frappè’s and beer. Fresh everything and a view to die for. Blue sea and Turtles galore!! The apartment was perfect for 2 people as a couple. A mezzanine bedroom above the bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. Fridge and freezer should you want to eat in. Washing machine and somewhere to hang clothes to dry on the lovely balcony overlooking the second harbour of the island. Up in the old part of the village is away from the noise of the harbour but easy to get to everywhere. We will definitely be back if not to live, then to visit a lot. We met Anna as guests but left as friends. Ευχαριστώ φίλε μου. Amazing 5 days I’ll never forget!! Josie & Jed. Xx

Nice quiet location
Reviewed By George KCookies and red eggs waited for us upon arrival. Fresh water in the fridge. The host was very friendly and eager to provide any help needed - excellent hospitality. The room was very clean and very quite. Nice view to the Mandraki gulf from the hotel

Reviewed By HtrrrThe owne is very gentle.There was mold on the wall.The cleaning lady does not thoroughly clean the bathroom.She has an attitude sometimes..In general ,ok.The island is pefect.You can walk and relax.Pitty Turkey is not allowed to visit

Reviewed By tartanlegendFantastic island ! And Irini has a great set up with the hotel and the Little Paris restaurant. Hotel is perfectly adequate and in a quieter bit of the main harbour front and is just a brilliant place to stay. Good breakfasts !

Reviewed By Areti ZΠρόκειται για παλιό σπίτι , που χρήζει ανακαίνισης , έχει δυνατά στοιχεία , ενδιαφέρουσα αρχιτεκτονική , σίγουρα παίρνεις γεύση της ζωής στο νησί στα 1960 και πριν . Είναι εξοπλισμένο , το δωμάτιο μας είχε πριβέ ευρύχωρο μπαλκόνι , θεα στο βουνό , θάλασσα λιμάνι δεν βλεπει το σπίτι , ευτυχώς διαθέτει κλιματιστικό , απαραίτητο για το καυτό καστελοριζο !!!!!Η κυρία Αλεξάνδρα , είναι πολύ συμπαθητική και εξυπηρετική , και πάντα διαθέσιμη στο τηλέφωνο . Η τιμή του , θεωρώ ότι είναι λίγο τσιμπημένη, σε σχέση με την κατάσταση των δωματίων . Ωστόσο θέλω να τονίσω ότι είναι καθαρό , κάτι που για μένα είναι πιο σημαντικό από την διακόσμηση .

Μας περίμενε στο λιμάνι, παρόλο που του είχαμε πει ότι έχουμε μεταφορικό μέσο! Μας κέρναγε κάθε μέρα σύκα από το χωράφι του! Τα δωμάτια απλά, με κουζινάκι, ψυγειο, κλιματιστικό & μόνιμα καυτό νερό! Κάθε μέρα μάζευε τα σκουπίδια και σφουγγάριζε το δωματιο. Με τα πόδια πας όπου θες, γιατί το νησί είναι πολύ μικρό.
