Went to Kiki's on a recommendation but was slightly disappointed. Main Menu options were verbally given at the table and we had to ask about a starter. Unfortunately the main course arrived not long into the arrival of our starter which wasn't good. Meatballs were tasty, as was the stifado but for me it lacked an accompaniment of rice. Nobody came to ask if the food was ok and no dessert was offered. In and out in just under an hour. Ok food but lacking in something,

Lovely seafront restaurant food was tasty just found the staff a little abrupt, I ordered the lamb souvlaki which I assumed came with chips and salad only got a tomato salad with it enquired why and was told I didn't order chips perhaps my fault but was cooked well.

Great staff, amazing view, great prices, wonderful Greek food - what more d'you want?
Our 4th year and it never fails to delight and impress. Wonderful salad bursting with flavour, nice fried cheese and my swordfish was both big and delicious. The wine here is always good too.

Very friendly, welcoming staff who take time to explain the menu and specials dishes. Good vegetarian options as well as a wide range of local fish and meat dishes. There are many restaurants in Kardamili, but we chose to eat here several times. The restaurant has an intimate, family feel and is set in a beautiful garden shaded by lemon trees.

Really warm welcome here from lovely bright and friendly waiters who explained the specials so well and accommodate our every need. Including helping us with the correct way to pronounce logariasmos and other Greek vocab! Also the food was marvellous! Both the seafood and the vegetable dishes.. and the sunset wasn't bad either! Great place for us to spend our final night on the mani!

Stunning sea side location. More reasonable restaurant prices than Islands. Locals so welcoming. Most sun beds free if you have a drink on the beach. Which is a considerable saving on a beach holiday compared to other parts of Greece. About 1-2 h transfer from Kalamata airport. The sea in parts is chilled by fresh water streams. Choice of 2 sandy Beaches that are safe for swimming & clean.

In a very convenient place with parking , in front of the sea this tavern is not what you expect. The owner just as most of the taverns in the area see you in August as a 20 € note. They expect you to eat as soon as possible without say thank you and they don't even give you a slice of watermelon in the end !!

Our last meal at Liastres, 3 years ago, wasn't that great and we left disappointed. We decided to give it another go due to those fantastic lunchtime views across Stoupa Bay and we had an incredible meal. Special mention to the papoutsakia which was so tasty and cheesy and delicious. Beautiful views, so peaceful and relaxing and huge slices of complimentary watermelon made this a lunch to remember.
Wishing I was back there right now.

It was a Friday night. The tavern is right on the main highway and I parked the car in the only available place I could find. That place was near a small entrance. The tavern has two more entrances. I didn't realize that this would me the major matter of the night. As soon as we entered a very polite person told us we can seat at a specific table. My wife went to the bathroom and suddenly while I was looking at the menu a crazy man started to shouting at me yelling to get out of the tavern and swearing and call me names....!!! because I didn't parked the car at the right place!!!
Thank god that's what I did immediately. I left. I tried to explain my point of view but He wouldn't let me. The guy was the owner that did this because, he only knows why.
He is a terrible professional and I don't even want to imagine what else he does in this property.
There are hundreds of nice places in the area and I strongly recommend NOT to visit this one. WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
