Reviewed By Eveline WWe had a lovely stay in this well appointed gem of a guesthouse! The rooms are well appointed, the staff friendly and the breakfast imaginative. There are some really interesting cultural sights as well as a number of good restaurants to choose from. We will be back!

We have 5 bungalows, each with 2 spacious bedrooms, set in a riverside garden. 7 of the rooms have comfortable king-sized beds; 3 have twin beds. In 2 of the bungalows the rooms are connected. All rooms have modern bathrooms with good hot water supply, strong showers and safety rails, plus separate dressing areas with big mirrors and built-in closets. The rooms are all air-conditioned and have LED TV sets, easy chairs, desks, fridges, fans, bathrobes, slippers and tea & coffee facilities. We have a top-rated indoor/outdoor restaurant, called Mango House Cafe and Restaurant, in a beautiful garden on the banks of the majestic Ping River. It features a green-themed coffee shop and serves a variety of coffees and teas, as well as both original Thai-fusion food and country-style Thai cuisine. Our restaurant has been awarded an official Thai Select Certificate, an assurance that we offer authentic Thai food. Our room rates include breakfast (Thai or Western dishes) served at the table. We cater for big functions, such as weddings, seminars, parties and official lunches and dinners. All areas can be accessed by wheelchair and free WiFi is available throughout.

Reviewed By Peter HMango House Resort is a wonderfully laid-back resort on the banks of the Ping River. The bungalows are spacious with very comfortable beds and all amenities. Perhaps the highlight is the riverside restaurant/bar/coffee shop area where you can enjoy great-value Thai food and drinks served by the attentive staff while enjoying live music.

Reviewed By RoamingKayla68จองห้องสำหรับนอน 3 คนไว้ เข้าเช็คอินตอน 14.10 ปัญหาที่เจอคือ 1. ถึงแม้จะเช็คอิน 10 นาทีหลังเวลาที่ รร.กำหนดไว้ แต่ยังไม่ได้มีการทำความสะอาดห้อง ต้องเดินวนทั่ว รร เพื่อหาห้องที่ทำเสร็จแล้ว 2. พอได้ห้อง ก็ต้องยืนรออีกพักใหญ่ เพราะยังไม่ได้จัดที่นอนสำหรับคนที่ 3 ไว้ 3. จองเตียงเสริมโดยจ่ายเงินไป 200 สิ่งที่ได้มาคือฟูกที่นอนบางๆ กับผ้าห่ม 1 ผืน ให้นอนพื้นโดยไม่มีเตียงให้ คือเข้าใจว่าเป็นนโยบายของ รร.ที่ไม่มีเตียงให้ แต่ถ้าจะให้นอนพื้นก็ควรแจ้งให้ชัดเจนตั้งแต่ตอนจอง เพราะตอนจองเราพูดชัดเจนว่า "ขอเสริมเตียง" พนง.แจ้งราคาบอกรวมค่าที่นอนเสริม อาจผิดเองที่ไม่ได้สังเกตว่าเค้าใช้คำว่าที่นอนเสริมไม่ใช่เตียงเสริม แต่เค้าก็ควรถามให้ชัดเจนมั้ยว่าลูกค้ารับได้รึเปล่าที่ต้องนอนพื้น 4. ที่แย่กว่านั้นคือบอกให้เลือกที่ปูนอนเองได้เลย ย้ำว่าให้ปูเองนะคะ แต่คือห้องเล็กมาก ถ้าจะปูก็คือต้องขยับเตียงไม้ซึ่งหนักมาก แล้วคือจะให้ขยับกันเอง พอขอให้ช่วยขยับเตียงให้ แม่บ้านที่เข้ามาขยับเตียงและถูพื้นให้ทำหน้าบึ้งมาก 5. พอแม่บ้านไปแล้วเพิ่งสังเกตเห็นว่าไม่มีหมอนให้สำหรับที่นอนเสริม เลยเดินไปขอแม่บ้านคนที่อ้วนๆ ทำหน้าเหวี่ยงใส่ไม่ตอบอะไร แล้วเดินไปบอกแม่บ้านอีกคนซึ่งบอกว่าไม่มีหมอนให้ ให้แบ่งหมอนจากเตียงใหญ่ไปใช้เอง 6. อ่างอาบน้ำในห้องน้ำตัน ยืนอาบน้ำเสร็จน้ำท่วมฟองสบู่ลอยเต็ม จะก้าวออกจากอ่างขากับเท้าก็เลอะฟองสบู่ ถ้าบอกแม่บ้านอีกก็คงโดนเหวี่ยงใส่แน่ๆ เลยต้องแก้ปัญหากันเอาเอง 7. พนง. ถอดหน้ากากตอนเอาอาหารเช้ามาเติม แถมยืนพูดเสียงดังๆ ตอนเติมอาหารด้วย สรุปคือจ่ายเงินค่าที่พักในราคา 1,200 แต่ได้ความรู้สึกเหมือนไปขอนอนฟรี Terrible hotel. We had paid for an extra bed, but we got a thin mattress to put on the floor instead. We were also told to move the beds in the room to get more space for the mattress by ourselves. When asking them to do it for us, the maids were so annoyed. We had to put up with clogged bathtub drain too. The worst is that the staff didn't wear a mask when serving food. He even shouted over the food. Don't stay here unless you don't mind poor services or hygiene.

Good enough for one stop

The welcome was OK, it's not a luxurious hotel but as for me it was only for one night, it was OK, Comfortable and clean, good situation and cheap. I will not spend my holydays here but for a stop, it's OK. The breakfast is included but ore Thai breakfast. As foreigner I was asking if it was possible to have two fried eggs and they did it, good service.

Reviewed By TravelJunkie010A one night stopover en route to Chiang Mai, and a really good one. We went for the best two rooms (exec) in the property and it was a good choice. Plenty of space and facilities clean and decent. Evening meal really good from a limited menu, breakfast just odd - club sandwich for breakfast with no other option, but actually quite tasty. Not a place for a vegetarian. Some ants in the room, but other than that all good, and a great place to visit the hidden gem that is Kamphaeng Phet historical park. Owners dogs cute.....
