Reviewed By pugyaoLocated on the roadside in the center of Kamphaeng Phet. Surrounded by many restaurants, cafes and shops. Its opposite faces the park. Near (but not very close) Mae-ping river. 5 minutes walked from crowded (compare to secondary city standard) night bazaar market. Perfect location. This place is utterly LIVELY! Staffs are friendly. Clean and stylish reception area. Room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good (but not variety). Thanks to the hotel for a lively night in Kamphaeng Phetl. If you want to spend the night Kamphaeng Phet, I strongly recommend this place. 5 stars. Nighted in 26 july 2020

Reviewed By sharonenchrisWe enjoyed our stay at this clean and welcoming hotel. They made sure the room was ready for our earlier check in and where welcomed very warmly. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was rather warm, which was amazing. Our room had poolview. The room had a big fridge and microwave, 2 plates, bowls and cutlery, free water, water kettle and coffee. The bed was comfortable and there’s a lot of closet space in the room. Tiny but relatively Clean
Reviewed By MamaSanChiangMaiOurs was the tinest room I've ever seen - impossible for 2 people to stand abreast, giving it a rather claustrophobic effect. Aircon was clean and worked well but the best part were the very clean and colorful sheets and fluffy pillows - lovely! The bathroom was one of those where the shower soaks the entire room so be careful of the toilet paper and any dry towels - all fair game! Property is a fair ways out of town, not walking distance to anything. No food offered on premises during our stay. Nearby restaurants close at 8.

Reviewed By RoamingKayla68จองห้องสำหรับนอน 3 คนไว้ เข้าเช็คอินตอน 14.10 ปัญหาที่เจอคือ 1. ถึงแม้จะเช็คอิน 10 นาทีหลังเวลาที่ รร.กำหนดไว้ แต่ยังไม่ได้มีการทำความสะอาดห้อง ต้องเดินวนทั่ว รร เพื่อหาห้องที่ทำเสร็จแล้ว 2. พอได้ห้อง ก็ต้องยืนรออีกพักใหญ่ เพราะยังไม่ได้จัดที่นอนสำหรับคนที่ 3 ไว้ 3. จองเตียงเสริมโดยจ่ายเงินไป 200 สิ่งที่ได้มาคือฟูกที่นอนบางๆ กับผ้าห่ม 1 ผืน ให้นอนพื้นโดยไม่มีเตียงให้ คือเข้าใจว่าเป็นนโยบายของ รร.ที่ไม่มีเตียงให้ แต่ถ้าจะให้นอนพื้นก็ควรแจ้งให้ชัดเจนตั้งแต่ตอนจอง เพราะตอนจองเราพูดชัดเจนว่า "ขอเสริมเตียง" พนง.แจ้งราคาบอกรวมค่าที่นอนเสริม อาจผิดเองที่ไม่ได้สังเกตว่าเค้าใช้คำว่าที่นอนเสริมไม่ใช่เตียงเสริม แต่เค้าก็ควรถามให้ชัดเจนมั้ยว่าลูกค้ารับได้รึเปล่าที่ต้องนอนพื้น 4. ที่แย่กว่านั้นคือบอกให้เลือกที่ปูนอนเองได้เลย ย้ำว่าให้ปูเองนะคะ แต่คือห้องเล็กมาก ถ้าจะปูก็คือต้องขยับเตียงไม้ซึ่งหนักมาก แล้วคือจะให้ขยับกันเอง พอขอให้ช่วยขยับเตียงให้ แม่บ้านที่เข้ามาขยับเตียงและถูพื้นให้ทำหน้าบึ้งมาก 5. พอแม่บ้านไปแล้วเพิ่งสังเกตเห็นว่าไม่มีหมอนให้สำหรับที่นอนเสริม เลยเดินไปขอแม่บ้านคนที่อ้วนๆ ทำหน้าเหวี่ยงใส่ไม่ตอบอะไร แล้วเดินไปบอกแม่บ้านอีกคนซึ่งบอกว่าไม่มีหมอนให้ ให้แบ่งหมอนจากเตียงใหญ่ไปใช้เอง 6. อ่างอาบน้ำในห้องน้ำตัน ยืนอาบน้ำเสร็จน้ำท่วมฟองสบู่ลอยเต็ม จะก้าวออกจากอ่างขากับเท้าก็เลอะฟองสบู่ ถ้าบอกแม่บ้านอีกก็คงโดนเหวี่ยงใส่แน่ๆ เลยต้องแก้ปัญหากันเอาเอง 7. พนง. ถอดหน้ากากตอนเอาอาหารเช้ามาเติม แถมยืนพูดเสียงดังๆ ตอนเติมอาหารด้วย สรุปคือจ่ายเงินค่าที่พักในราคา 1,200 แต่ได้ความรู้สึกเหมือนไปขอนอนฟรี Terrible hotel. We had paid for an extra bed, but we got a thin mattress to put on the floor instead. We were also told to move the beds in the room to get more space for the mattress by ourselves. When asking them to do it for us, the maids were so annoyed. We had to put up with clogged bathtub drain too. The worst is that the staff didn't wear a mask when serving food. He even shouted over the food. Don't stay here unless you don't mind poor services or hygiene.

Reviewed By TravelJunkie010A one night stopover en route to Chiang Mai, and a really good one. We went for the best two rooms (exec) in the property and it was a good choice. Plenty of space and facilities clean and decent. Evening meal really good from a limited menu, breakfast just odd - club sandwich for breakfast with no other option, but actually quite tasty. Not a place for a vegetarian. Some ants in the room, but other than that all good, and a great place to visit the hidden gem that is Kamphaeng Phet historical park. Owners dogs cute.....
