Reviewed By Jagpreetsingh_jdOurs was a family trip, twelve of us, including eight children aged between 11 and 21. We took the entire house comprising of 6 rooms, the 2 kings suits were massive in size and very beautiful, the 2 cozy attic rooms had a wonderful wooden interior. The lawn is spacious and we spent evenings playing and singing amidst nature. Dispite the beauty of the place, nothing compares to the hospitality of the family. Mary and her parents are wonderful people to spend time with. The entire staff is polite and helpful too. The cook suddenly got sick and the lady of the house cooked us dinner, breakfast, and lunch to carry along. Jagpreet Singh Agra

Rude behaviour even before Booking
Reviewed By Exploration43758109038055530 is the no I got of Nirmalya bose. I asked him to check availability of room and confirm to me and then he said he can't send written confirmations and banged down the phone. On calling back the no he said he is uneducated and in this resort they don't pamper their guests by confirming over email . First time in my life I am seeing such Ride behaviour from a service industry person . It's to the owner - either change such staffs or maybe business Sir you will loose. This is a eco resort area about four acre land full of manicured garden, tea bushes, medical plant and lush green trees surrounds this property. Kalimpong city 30 minutes downhill. Two and half hour from NJP Station and three hours from Bagdogra Airport.
