Not expecting anything we were happy to learn that this hidden gem can easily rival the good Italian pizzerias of downtown Copenhagen. We tried several of their pizzas and the cafe burger and all was a real treat. We have to applaud the fries - they were really excellent! Although the only place to eat on the island don't miss out :-)

Between 1-3pm, there is a lively jazz band performing live. Wherever you ar at the harbor, you can hear the music anyway, so there is nothing that should entice you to squeeze in to the crowd. Certainly the buffet should not be the incentive because it is ordinary.

We were in Juelsminde and in search of a place to eat. With two small children, it helps if they can run around and make noise. The Fiskebistro was a perfect option, with lots of outdoor Seating, so the kids ran around while we waited for the food. The fried food was pretty standard for what you typically find in harbor towns in Denmark. The stand out dish for us was their grill plate (tallerken). This was very good, with three types of grilled fish, a grilled shrimp, potatoes, small salad and some nice dipping sauces. They also have a grill buffet, which is all you can eat. I found the grill plate to be plenty of food, but if I ever came back very, very hungry, I might be tempted to order the buffet.

Visited once with my family. The food was ok but the service is extremely slow and bad. Also tried takeaway that was even worse. Wrong info and meny and not able to deliver.. Stay away

Desværre for os var stedet lukket, men hvor ser det hyggeligt ud. Fantastisk flot hoveddør, hyggelig have og idyllisk beliggenhed. Fandt et opslag hvorpå der stod at der var åben første onsdag i måneden fra 15 til 17. Måske vi en gang kan være så heldig at kunne besøge stedet en anden gang.

Tilbragte en skøn dag i Juelsminde, da sulten bankede på gik vi ind på is og havne vågen. Vi fandt et bord lige ud til lystbådehavnen. Der blev bestilt lidt frokost troede vi. Store portion af salat med kylling og bacon meget velsmagende og saftige kylling mum, stor option nachos med øst også rigtigt godt. Til dessert fik vi kakoo med flødeskum rigtig chokolade samt den bedste iskaffe jeg har smagt til dato. De 5 stjerner er for maden beliggenhed renlighed og rigtigt sød og venlig betjening. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen
