It sits in an elevated position, adjacent to the busy Rompho Market, in the middle of a quiet side street off the main arterial road, in and out of town. I found it was an easy walk to the beach. I also enjoyed a 'sea glimpse' from my spacious studio room, with its modern and funky decor, another pleasing aspect to my stay here. The magnificent rooftop pool with it's panoramic views of the city and the water, was a major highlight of an all-round positive accommodation experience. I went for many swims (and breakfasts - do try the in-house restaurant) during my short stay. If you are looking for a comfortable, mid-range place to stay in Jomtien (?), then I suggest that you put LawinTa Hotel (see my Coffee Chill TV YouTube Video) on your short list.

There are fun activities to do with family or friends. It's a rest without worries. If looking for a good price and good quality room, I recommend. I feel like coming back again .

Friendly staff and good location with little restaurants nearby (check out Nok and Sabai Sabai local restaurants nearby). Will be back if we were to do these water sports again. 7/11, mini marts, coffee shops and laundry available nearby.

There is even an elevator, which is very convenient as there are 5 floors in total. Finally both staff and owner will make you feel welcomed. Definitely recommend this place!

Reviewed By 489alisatПроживание прошло нормально! Отель небольшой, малоэтажный, озеленённый и находится в глубине от дороги, поэтому достаточно тихо по вечерам и утрам! Высыпались хорошо! НО: мы жили в отеле в новогодние праздники, поэтому стройка по соседству не работала. Но вот 4.01.2018 начались рабочие будни и стройка нового здания шла полным ходом с 9 до 18, поэтому загорать у бассейна было не комфортно, а на море выходить не хотелось совсем - так как пляж грязный и со всех сторон доносятся неприятные запахи. Номер хороший, светлый (Делюкс), большая удобная кровать, есть чайник и фен. Кондиционер, вентилятор и холодильник работали исправно. Ванная хорошея, но добиться из крана горячей воды не возможно - проточный водонагреватель не справлялся- либо кипяток, либо холодная... персонал старательный, но из четырёх администраторов только двое могут говорить и понимать по английски, это иногда усложняло проживание в отеле))) Бассейн чистый с морской водой, рядом с бассейном есть душ, а вот лежаков всего 4, так что если желающих много, то на всех может не хватить) в целом, нам понравилось.

We are a little but conformable guesthouse in Jomtien Beach near Pattaya. Our apartments are 60 sq.m and full furniture. A/C, wi-fi in every room, cable TV, safety box, microwave, refrigerator, sink kettle and coffee, hairdriyer, dinning table and sofa bed. The beach is only 100m far and all you need at your finger tip.

Upon arrival my wife an I ,were warmly welcomed by the owner,a lovely thai lady with a beautiful smile.She showed us the room for our two weeks stay. The huge room looked absolutely fantastic,spotless and modern,with large windows and a perfect big double bed and comfy mattress.The spacious bathroom was clean with a great look. Our room was cleaned every day.The towels and bedsheets were regularly changed.I was very happy to found the espresso coffee machine at the reception, to make my early coffee ;) The owners,the thai lady her husband,an italian guy were absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful,always ready to help us in anything we wanted.In a few days, we really felt like we coming home each time after our walks in Jomtien and Pattaya.We were invited to spend an evening together by the owners. The night out was superb!We went to a local restaurant with them.The food was very nice. Afterwards we found ourselves at a lovely bar enjoying live band music...We had great fun.And we did it another two times :) Awesome memories!! I want to say a huge THANK YOU for absolutely everything Nitti&Giordano. Without any doubt Brezzy House become our favourite hotel :) Last but not least we appreciate everything what you did guys for us to feel like home during our two weeks stay I whould definitely recommend and I will definitely stay here again!!! ОТЕЛЬ НА НЕСКОЛЬКО ДНЕЙ
Reviewed By Lara RПерсонал доброжелателен, уютно и по домашнему относятся к постояльцам. Место удобное, семь минут до моря . Рядом кафешки , обменники, магазины, массажки, рынок на Амбассадоре. Территорией Амбассадора пользовались без ограничений. Номера большие и удобные. Холодильник вместительный. Уборка во время и качественно. Плюс, что рядом главная дорога , всегда под рукой так называемые тук-туки. Бассейном воспользовались один раз, вполне приемлемо, чтобы охладится. Главное в отеле персонал, девочки умнички все. Для молодежи вполне приятный отель. · К минусам можно отнести дорогу, что рядом с отелем. Очень слышен шум с нее. А еще на берегу идет стройка и шум проезжающих туда машин.. тоже мешает. Но они ночью не ездили, а днем мы чаще бывали на пляже, чем в номере. И еще большой минус, очень шумный, гудящий кондиционер. Прям давит своим шумом. Нет российских каналов по телевизору. Но отель больше для тайцев, мне так показалось. Думаю, номера которые не выходят на дорогу, гораздо приятнее. И все же нам ни что не помешало отдохнуть и спасибо обслуживающему персоналу за помощь и доброжелательность.

Reviewed By Pc RUna verdadera posilga con título de hotel. Casi muero electrocutado en la ducha. 4 noches ahí y no ví a nadie en recepción. Mucho ruido en la calle, difícil dormir bien. Vista al mar, pero de cables eléctricos. Habitaciones sucias, sábanas rotas y con pelos, colchones manchados y resortes vencidos, baños con hongos. No hacen el aseo ni cambian sábanas. A pesar de las quejas y todo lo mostrado, no devuelven el dinero, ni siquiera una disculpa ya que son rusos y casi no hablan inglés. Fotos no muestran la realidad. Tengo mis dudas respecto de la veracidad de los comentarios favorables que tienen. No lo recomiendo ni siquiera por el precio o la ubicación que dicho sea, queda bien alejado de casi todo.
