I had the draw, Miso soup ramen. It’s not exceed average. Miso soup isn’t so savor, noodles have lack of originality.

一本が太め。その心太が整然と幾何学模様を織りなすように皿に盛られている。きらきらと光ってきれいだ。太さ故、それだけではない素材の良さか。コンビニなどで売られている心太と歯触りが違う。しっかりと角があるのが感じられる。ほぼ味のない心太にあり、食感の素敵さは心太の命かも知れない。最初から酢醤油が掛けられているので、とくに追加することもないが、追加で使う用の醤油とお酢、青じそドレッシングが同時に提供される。辛子は心太と同じ皿に添えられている。終盤で青じそも使ってみたが、やはり心太にはシンプルな酢醤油がいちばんだ。辛子を少し合わせると味が締まっていい。さすがに日本一を謳うだけはあるか。ごちそう
さまでした。お邪魔した日は雨の合間の曇り空だったが、山間で川と池のある風景は、晴れの日ならばかなり気持ちがいいだろう。曇空の日でさえ気持ちが良いのだから推して知るべしか。機会があれば、是非また訪れたいお店だった。

久しぶりに濃厚で辛い本当の担々麺を堪能しました。スープがなんといってもビーナツの効いた色と油がマッチしており絶妙な味を見いだしています。お肉がふんだんに入っていまして、ナッツの量も最高です。おそばが見えるまでしばらく具を食べてからでないと見えてきません。麺のこしもありますしスープはすべて飲みませんでしたがほとんど最後まで堪能しました。おなかいっぱい満足です。ただ人気店なので並ぶのは覚悟で行ってください。

新潟にはおいしい回転寿司屋さんがたくさんありますが、富山発信のきときと寿司が意外に好きです。お値段はお安くはありませんがおいしいものが食べたいのでここに寄ってしまいます。ランチ時にはセットでかなりお得なものがありますのでそちらを頼むのが良いと思います。ポイントカードやメールでの割引などして頂くとさらに利用したくなると思います。

予約無しではなかなか入れないとのことだったので、期待しての来店。最初に出てきた越前ガニは実が詰まっていてジューシー。お刺身の魚は甘みがあり、カラッと上がった白えびのてんぷらも美味しかった。メニューは揚げ物、焼き物等々とても豊富で、どれも食べたくなるようなものばかり。最後にお寿司を頂いたが、全てが美味しく大満足だった。

Up there with the best ramen I have ever had, the process to order was a little strange, first we sat in a room outside the restaurant, we were then moved inside to another waiting area and handed a menu, we had to order from the second waiting area and then finally got moved to the counter then our food was served. The ramen was top notch and the gyoza was good too!

This place is listed in the tourist brochure so I was expecting the prices to be higher. It is a large venue that was quite quiet when we visited (late lunch) we were the only non-Japanese guests (good sign). English menu available (helps) the had a quite reasonably priced sushi platter and combined with a few hot Sake we enjoyed a nice lunch.

We absolutely love this Japanese-Italian restaurant for lunch. We come back every summer and love trying all of their pastas and pizzas. While we always try new dishes, we always have to order the mountain prawn cream pasta... AMAZING! And a very cool ambience with a great view.
