Reviewed By 8v0pvguhmeIn general we enjoyed our stay however there were a few things that I did not expect for a 5 star hotel: - the 2nd swimming pool that the hotel has was not really cleaned even though it was open. Not having the filters running in that swimming pool was disappointed given that this was the pool that was not heated, which we would have liked to use at 32 degrees Celsius. - We had the cleaning stuff bursting into the room at 8:30 in the morning on our last day. It’s not the first time this happens to me in a Mexican hotel, however that doesn’t make it any better. I think as a guest you should have the option to decide when you want to wake up - The hotel itself is beautiful and is part of a gated community which makes it really safe, however the road to it is a disaster.

Reviewed By oscarrR4494FFThe hotel is very nice and food is great. I was there for a wedding and in general the service is good. I was not happy with what happend after checking out. I was about drive to the exit when I was approached by the front desk personnel to tell me that two hand towels were stained with makeup (which is true, not too bad though) and that I had to pay for them. Since I was in a rush, I complied but this is outrageous. I have travelled all over the world and this rarely happens in pricey hotels, trust me. $370 MXN for 2 hand towels... this is a lot of money. Also I only had one coffee mug in my room and they were also telling the other one was missing, which I told them, yes, since I arrived.

Reviewed By LizschiavIn this only 7 rooms place we found a good and affordable place to stay either for holidays or for business. The area seems to be safe. The owner and her staff are all very friendly. The breakfast was gorgeous. Our room had a good size with air conditioning and comfortable bedding, the bathroom was basic but had everything you need. All the place is very clean.
