A bit expensive but liked the cookies which they served us with the cappechino.I liked the ambiance and the quality of the snacks. Great for evening brunch.

Were staying at Hotel Hilltop and visited this restaurant for change from Punjabi food. The ambience is excellent, there is a wood fired heater which gives off excellent heat and is a god-send when the temperature outside is in minus as it was when we visited. We ordered pizza, burger, sandwiches, french fries, Chinese and it all worked. No complaint about the taste of a single dish. Didn't care too much for the tea which was too weak for my taste but coffee was excellent. The Kashmiri Kahwa was good without being exceptional.The service was excellent and prompt. The staff was friendly and courteous. Really hard to see what we can complain about.Generally reviews are mostly negative but I believe that positive experiences must be highlighted as well so that there is a feeling of satisfaction for the outlet that it's service is appreciated.Big thumbs up from me and keep up the good work.

On a recent trip to Pahalgam, our driver and guide asked us to trust his choice and took us to Heena Restaurant and to our pleasant surprise, the food there truly delighted us. Tender and succulent pieces of mutton simmered in a delightful Roganjosh gravy truly took the edge off the headache and the tiredness that had crept in for a day full of tiring travel and adventures.

Menu has a wide variety of options to choose from, I decided to go for the evergreen french fries (I love fries) and they were very good. However, can't judge the restaurant by having just one dish there !! Moreover, it's not located in the areas where tourists prefer to stay. Would recommend only if you're travelling to this area, you could grab some snacks for an afternoon meal.
