Comfortable, clean, convenient hotel
Reviewed By JGT1964I stayed here for 5 days with my family. We had a small suite, room 309, which was plenty big enough for 2 adults & 1 child. Decent sized double bed and pull-out sofa bed. Both very comfortable. Room felt slightly dated - reminiscent of Soviet era hotels, which this is - but spacious with 2 rooms, bathroom, various chairs and cupboards, TV, small fridge, mirror. The single/standard rooms looked quite small by comparison. We found an iron/board on the top (4th) floor in a room with a massage bed contraption - you just need to ask at reception for the key. Our room faced the back of the hotel and was not at all noisy. Beakfast was not overwhelming, but adequate. Several cold cuts, bread, yoghurt, cheese, fruit, etc. You could ask for a fresh omlette or porridge (kasha) to be made. Samovar hot water for tea, and instant coffee powder (or small packets of coffee mix). Staff were very polite - always said 'good day' or similar as we passed reception. The lift was quite slow and sometimes wasn't working - you had to go up a level to find it and then bring it down. Our only gripe about this hotel is the free wifi. This worked sporadically, and only very locally it seems. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again next year.

Работающий кондиционер. Отель легко найти. К отелю примыкает кафе, в котором можно вкусно пообедать и поужинать. Рекомендую!

Take into account, I am a budget traveller, who often stays at hostels The staff at the hotel are very nice and helped me out in any way they could. The size of the room was ample enough, they offered free slippers; although, they were too small. The room offered a locker for valuables. The air con worked well, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large, and the hot water in the shower worked well. The wifi did not work at all, though the staff told me this upon check in. Also, the location is not super great and the breakfast was very basic - I hope you're not hungry. The room stank of my non-smoking room. I was not happy with this. Overall, not a bad place. There are not too many option in this beautiful, small town.

На завтрак мы взяли кашу и свежесваренный(это удивительно) кофе. До этого останавливался в отеле Бархат, но теперь только Sequioia! Советую всем! Не пожалеете!

Recommend the Apartment or VIP room, large, bright, breezy, next to the park, secure parking. But VERY hard bed!
Reviewed By PatrickM_TravelsWe booked their largest room, which on websites was called the "Apartment" although when we showed up to Inju the room was called the "VIP". It was three rooms: large living room, large bedroom, and bathroom. It was very large. There were windows on three of four sides, when we opened all the windows a wonderful breeze came through. Our view was directly on to the beautiful green trees in the park. It was quiet, on a not busy road, bright, and breezy. Breakfast was served in the room and consisted of fruit, rice pudding, eggs, meats, breads, and juices. Most of it was tasty, but I did not enjoy the meats which were very processed and some I think were just hot dogs. Wifi worked well. Bathroom was large and spacious with a window providing good ventilation. We self-drove and were happy with the private parking which seemed safe, secure, and easy to get in and out. The two women at the reception spoke English well. The location is excellent, park-adjacent, and very walkable neighborhood. My primary complaint is that this has got to be the HARDEST BED I have slept on in my entire life. There was no discernable difference between sleeping on the bed, or sleeping directly on the hardwood floor. I mean, it was like sleeping on slate rock... absolutely unforgiving and quite uncomfortable. I have never experienced such a hard bed in my life. The hotel needs to update this bed. Overall I recommend the "Apartment" or "VIP" room, although I hope they install a more comfortable bed.

Reviewed By _T4515GYЦены дорогие.Комнаты люкс прокуренный диван,стол покоцканный,в фойе пахнет едой,пол скрипучий,завтрак скудный,бассейн не уютный прохладно,сауна не чистый цена не соответствует 14000тг,есть по 5000тг такое же здание 2этажные и комнаты такие же.Месторасположение далеко от центра и достопримечательности для туристов и гостей.Вообще не рекомендую.В принципе неплохо ,а по цене 5000тг соотвествовало бы,но не 12000-18000тг.
