Just headed down for a quick bite after reading the recommendations and the positive feedback is very much deserved. The food is delicious and although there is a waiting line, it moves pretty quickly. Very affordable too. There is a self serving buffet for salad items and salsa to add to the tacos you pick up at the front.

We enjoyed our lunch here! Admittedly, this was one of the "nicer" restaurants we went to during our visit to Guadalajara -- we were staying and touring with friends who live there, and most of the restaurants where we went were more local and rustic (which means cheap eats). So this was a very different vibe for us.The artwork and mosaic work is beautiful. The birria was delicious, and the sweet corn cake for dessert was absolutely fantastic. My only knock is that I suspect the tortillas were not made in-house. I can't prove it, but most of the places we ate had in-house corn tortillas, and they have a different texture and thickness.

This is like the 3rd or 4th time my girlfriend and I have been to this particular Chiliâs. Service is always good and food is always delicious and prepared how we like it. More recently my girlfriend had a rib eye which was very good and I had their guacamole burger, omg to die for. We will always go back and dine soon

I have been to this restaurant several times and I always leave 100% satisfied. The tacos are delicious and they give you a bunch of great toppings. They are served with beans on top and little fried potatoes. So good! They also give you freshly made tortilla chips with their excellent housemade salsas. You have the opportunity to try really authentic Jalisco style tacos in a charming, comfortable restaurant. The service has always been very attentive and friendly. I really recommend this place to everyone looking for a great mexican meal!
