Ordered a Tapado. A seafood soup with coconut milk, just delicious, excellent service and big parking. The tip isn't included on your bill but believe me, you'll want to leave a big one. You can eat inside or under a nice beautiful rancho just a side the ocean.

We had fish here and both the grilled whole fish and fillet was prepared nicely. Veggies that came along were also good. The restaurant was mostly empty when we arrived and it took a very long time to get our food. We enjoyed the location on the water.

We all took a flash decision to stop by and have something to eat before heading back home. Good call! We all enjoyed the food fairly well prepared. Portion sizes a tad on big side for light eaters like us. We enjoyed good service so I would definitely go back there no questions. Chicken, puyaso and ribs are good and price is reasonable.

Fui con dos amigas que si comen carne. Pidieron entraña con ensaladas y yo una ensalada super fresca y deliciosa. Nos recibió el dueño. Amabilismo y con una sapiencia en el tema de los diferentes tipos de carnes y su cocción increible. El lugar cuenta con varios salones . Todos ellos con su estilo particular y un bar donndecrealizan karaoke y eventos. Una visita inolvidable. Muy recomendable...!!!!

Nice place in this somehow strange habour town.We arrived by boat after visiting Livingstone and had a small lunch,Everything OK nothing special.Very nice view over the sea.

We stopped at the Hibiscus on our return to Santo Tomas from the Quirigua ruins. It has a nice little cultural museum attached and is co-located with a plantation/botanical garden. The prices seemed reasonable and the facility was clean and well organized. The staff was very courteous. This establishment can accommodate handicapped folks.If you are looking for an excursion a short distance outside Santo Tomas this is the place.

Under the new administration the food took a nice boost. Now they have desserts, coffee and salads, none of which you'll be able to eat after ordering the "mariscada", a well served dish full of the best(see the photo). The view is incredible for they are just aside a port and you can even catch a fish by your own without leaving the place. The only downside is the parking lot, only 3 spaces for a place that can comfortably sit 100. Ask for a chelada with your mariscada or a frozen naranjada.
