Wonderful but expensive
Reviewed By nicol_g907Wonderful view, clean and spacious rooms, nice staff. The place is very quiet and the swimming pool has a very wonderful view of cogoleto and the coast. The only bad note is the price, too high in my opinion. A supermarket or something similar would be appreciated, since it is 10 minutes far from the closest shop.

Reviewed By Vacation62348319595It was amazing.. the host was so friendly, cooperative, flexible and helpful with instructions and information. The room was super clean, well equipped and comfortable. Extra towels and covers were available. The location was just perfect, in the heart of the city center and couple steps steps away from the beach. We had an amazing time and we will definitely come back!

An old Villa from XIX century, surrounded by a huge park (10.000 sqm) with outdoor swimming pool, tennis court (hard court) and restaurant/bar. Located in a marvellous position, in between Porto Maurizio and Oneglia. The apartments inside the Villa has been completely renovated in 2014.
Lovely relaxing stay
Reviewed By Aussie_Traveller3Really enjoyed staying at Villa Marina. We had a studio apartment for 7 nights at the back of the house which was quite large and on split levels with a little kitchenette. It was very simple but completely adequate and the air conditioning / fan worked really well. The staff are friendly as well as the couple who run the little restaurant / bar next to be pool. If you're going have dinner there - the food is delicious. The pool was lovely to lounge by and most guests ended up in the bar in the evening and everyone was really friendly. The hotel is well position between the old town and new town so you can walk to either easily in 15 mins (it's not as far as it looks!). Plenty of car parking for those who drive and there was large 24-hour supermarket 10 mins walk away if you plan on doing some cooking. The only downside is the internet which was basically non-existent / very slow, but aside from that I would highly recommend as lovely chilled getaway.

Reviewed By pnanchOur stay at Portico was great. The view from the 3 bedroom apartment is splendid. You can see the Mediterranean sea from up here. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained and the host who stays in the adjacent house is very helpful. The heating needed some tweaking to get us warm but everything works well. Our stay though 1 night was memorable. Note: The drive to the place is easy though curvy. Be sure to adjust your nav as it can take you along shorter routes which are tough to drive when dark. So best to stay on the main road.
