The Cold Springs Homa Bay Hotel is located in the Western part of Kenya in Homa Bay county, a stone throw away from Maseno University. It is the second Hotel established under the Coldsprings Hotels Ltd. franchise, the first being the Karen Boutique Hotel in Nairobi. The Hotel caters for a wide variety of guests both local and international. Our rooms are designed such that each one has a different theme and ambience to indulge you in extreme comfort. The corporate niche of the hotel also offers conferencing facilities and can host events organised by highly trained personnel. We emphasise on making guests feel at home during their stay and getting the most out of the local cultural heritage, and the breathtaking scenic views that Homa Bay has to offer.

ACK Guest House Homabay is a 3-star hotel with 24hr front desk. Rooms are equipped with flat screen TV and private bathroom. Breakfast is available every morning and includes Buffet and A la carte option.

Reviewed By 663carlysWe had a wonderful stay here! Hot water, beautiful views, and great food. If anything they could improve the road leading up to the hotel, but everything else was perfect. We felt very welcome by the staff as well.

Wonderful accommodations and excellent staff
Reviewed By jagoodanWe have stayed here on two occasions. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff treated us like royalty! They went above and beyond to accommodate us. The meals were wonderful. The resort is in a beautiful area- quiet and peaceful.

Reviewed By capisnIt was my first time to visit this hotel with my friend Terrible service of all kind I walked in for lunch on 19:01:2022 passed through the reception and the receptionist never bothered to engage us , the gentleman who was in restaurant told us to sit upstairs,we requested for a menu and a trainee presented the menu, we ordered 2x beef burger mw with cheese and bacon.immediately after placing the order I heard them from the background shouting that this guy doesn't no what he is ordering No communication was laid to me and I waited for 2hrs 15min only to end up walking away without eating and no one was bothered

Worst place to visit in Homabay
Reviewed By 938geewThis is the worst place ever. Poor customer service, rude staff and management. Swimming pool extremely dirty. Should have read the signs on the wall when we found it deserted on a Sunday afternoon. I would never advise anyone to visit the place. Not worth your time and money.
