Nice location
Reviewed By juergenbcnA small private hotel on our way to Kotor bay; the owner is a friendly person, we were invited for a beer and and glass of wine as welcome drink. The room was ok, even with a little balcony, just the bathroom was a bit small. Breakfast was excellent, we could drink our coffee in the garden. In the evening we went to the restaurant Splendido, 5 minutes away, excellent fish. So, as a resume: perfect overnight stay!

Enjoying a quiet uphill position in Savina, Aria is 120 meters from the beach and about 1.5 km from the center of Herceg Novi. A comfortable stay and peaceful nights are guaranteed in this cosy hotel. 99% of rooms and all suitrs have balconies with sea view. Half Board and all taxes are included in price.
Amazing stay, most lovely staff, perfect service
Reviewed By rahxarWe had one of our best stays at Aria. Room had a nice sea view. It is 3 minutes away from the beach and a really good restaurant. Super markets are on a walking distance. Breakfast was really good with enough warm options. Not a typical breakfast but a even great one. Loved it. The best of all were the owners who were so friendly and it felt like we stayed with family. Definitely staying there whenever we visit Herceg novi again.

Reviewed By high_low73After a night in an horrible apartment, we found us this hotel to save us! It seems it is listed as both "Hotel Aurora" and "Stanica B&B". It is a small boutique hotel built in what was once a train station, as far back as WWII. It was developed and is owned by the brilliant film director Emir Kusturica. This is obvious by the decor and the themes of the hotel and the bar. It is brilliantly located just steps from the Adriatic Sea with views of the old port. In the mornings we heard the fishing boats starting up and prepare for the days catch. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Though sometimes they might seem a little reserved, but we thought that was because of some language barriers. Room was clean, spacious and lovely. Breakfast was plentiful, you order from a menu with sweet and savory options. Breakfast hall was filled with memorabilia and posters from Emirs movies. Only annoying thing was that we could not eat outside, but guess that was due to some regulations. We could drink our coffees outside after breakfast. Beach 2 minutes away, and a lengthy beachpromenade running just outside. Though a few stairs to get up to the old city center, it was easily done within 5-10 minutes.

Positive: - Good location, quite close to both beach and old town (you need to do some stair climbing, but hey this is Herceg Novi after all) - Good and very helpful service - Rooms have a nice bed, air condition, spacious balcony, fridge and a small stove to boil water - Good breakfast service (I especially liked the pizza) - Daily cleaning maid service Negative: - Only a very small cupboard for storing your belongings. For two people there isn't enough space to hang your clothes - Quite small rooms compared to other similarly priced hotels in the area Other comments: - Television cable channells mainly German speaking. But nowadays you can of course use streaming services with your pad anyways - The most comfortable way to get here is by taking a Taxi from the bus station especially if you are travelling with heavy luggage. The price is only 2 euros and there aren't many pedestrian roads in the city. Just tell the driver to go to hotel Plaza which is 10 meters from Swiss Hotel

Room with ac + a little balcony. Bathroom is very small but ok if you are staying just a few days. The owner is very helpful and kind. We will definitely return.

Reviewed By Tillee91The apartments are beautiful, modern and clean! Nice and spacious with all cooking facilities. Rooms are cleaned every other day. Pool is lovely! 5 minute steep walk down to the front but that’s not a problem if you don’t mind hills ?. Herceg Novi was absolutely amazing! This is now my go to holiday place! This was my first trip there and will be going there now for many years to come! Super kid friendly, very friendly people, la Bamba beach is recommended if you have kids! They have a lovely little separate pool with a slide and also a separate play area for the kiddies.. so adults can soak up the sun on the loungers whilst the kids entertain themselves safely. Overall fantastic holiday and will definitely be returning, will definitely be returning to these apartments as well!!

Terrible hosts
Reviewed By pipidugacarapa2017The only good thing about Vila Stari grad is its location. And that is about it. Hosts are terrible. Our apartment hasn’t been cleaned not once in 7 days. We asked the owner to at least take the garbage out the apartment after 4 days and she was very upset and even hostile. We didn’t get clean towels on daily basis as they said that they are providing, only when we were asking for it, and yes the owner was rude again. Furthermore we didn’t have wifi, the message we got on our phones was that there is no wifi or internet because the bill from last month wasn’t paid. So no internet. So spare yourself stress while on vacation, you do not want to interact with such people, and yes I assume you would like to have your apartment cleaned, fresh towels and wifi since you paid for it.

It's located 30m from the beach, in pedestrian zone. Within the pension, on ground floor, there is restaurant which is providing meals for the guests. Great domestic food, and location of the facility, with low prices, is definitely a good choice.

Остановившись на машине "наобум" на какой то улице, мы зашли в этот пансион и нас разместили на одну ночь. Нам так понравилось, что мы остались там еще на 2 ночи. Расположение идеальное: вверху выход на площадь прямо в центр Игало, пекарня, рыбная лавка, супермаркет, овощи-фрукты. Снизу выход на пешеходную улочку в 20метрах прямо от набережной: конобы, сувениры, магазины, променад. В шаговой доступности ВСЕ - старый город, центр города, марина, зеленый рынок, музей и огромное количество магазинов, кафе и ресторанов на любой кошелек. Восход и закат солнца прямо в окна, балкон большой, вид обалденный. Тишина и покой, рядом никаких шумных мест или автомобилей. Номер большой, кровать большая удобная, дополнительно диван, шкаф, стол, кухонный гарнитур, холодильник, хоть и расположен номер как мансарда потолки высокие и не при каком росте вы его головой не достанете. Ванная комната с душем, водонагреватель. Рекомендуем, если вы настоящий путешественник и самостоятельный турист, вы точно останетесь довольны. Единственно чего нам не хватало, это сковородки и чайника, но так как пансион предлагает проживание и питание (за дополнительную плату) это возможно не предусмотрено.
