Well located near KINTEX
Reviewed By fscholarI went to a conference at KINTEX and stayed here for two nights. The hotel consists of two high rises and is extremely clean in close proximity to KINTEX. A little downside is that you cannot walk to the hotel. The KINTEX area itself is far from Seoul. Room was a bit small, yet quite impressive with good urban view. Breakfast buffet was provided at a restaurant on the second floor and was one of the best from my experience. I would definitely go back to this hotel when I have a chance to visit KINTEX.

Convenient for Kintex
Reviewed By sian bWe were visiting for an exhibition at Kintex, the hotel is ideally located for here. It is very clean but VERY BASIC, just a small reception and no other communal facilities. Reception was immaculately clean and staff were adequate , not overly helpful but did what was necessary . The worst part for me was that although it was very cute having a minimalist feel , I am just too old to crawl off a mattress on the floor (there was no bed frame !) and it was very uncomfortable. On the website it showed pictures of beds with frames , so my top tip prior to visiting would be to ask for a room with a bed frame . There is also no wardrobe , just two hanging pegs on the wall - very easyhotel like . The bathroom was very modern but the bath was huge and I gave up trying to run it as took over 30mins and still not half full, plus tiles to sit on in the bath so was quite rough - it did look very funky though but more style over substance iykwim. It is in a convenient location for shops and restaurants. Even though it is very convenient for Kintex when I visit again I would prefer a hotel with facilities (bar/restaurant) but that's just my personal opinion. I could see how people would love it here but just not for me, I need a little more luxury when away on business but for the price you can not complain at all.

Nice central location...but...

I was at first amazed at my room...two computers, wonderfully triangular bathtub and clean....the BIG BUT....the mattresses are non existent!! My mattress was more like a box spring. I asked for a different room but found out after given three keys to examine three other rooms, ALL the mattresses sucked! I asked for several more quilts to use as a cushion on my bed. It was not as nice as I was hoping!

Reviewed By 수희 안룸 컨디션 좋았구요, 조명도 밝아서 답답하지 않고 좋았습니다. 드라이기도 작은거 아니고 커서 머리카락 긴데 빨리 말릴 수 있었고, 고데기도 있었어요. 입욕제와 버블도 있었구요, 샤워실과 화장실 분리되어 있고, 비데도 물론 있었어요. 백석역이랑 가깝고, 버스 정류장이랑도 가까워서 여러모로 편리했어요

Great location for an affordable price
Reviewed By Kristi NRooms were very nice and affordable. The location was excellent with shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and almost anything else you could want all within a few blocks. Also a bus stop half a block a way and the subway a few blocks in the other direction. The park and lake were also within a few blocks as well as La Festa which has a booming night life. Something for everyone. The bed was a little bit hard for our taste.

Reviewed By Caper906Stayed for 8 days and found the apt very clean upon arrival, the apt was on the 12th floor and office on the 2nd, the office staff were quite helpful. Aplex across from Lake Park and close to shopping, restaurants and lots of street food.

Reviewed By fscholarHotel Cleopatra certainly has the potential to be a very good hotel. What I really appreciated was it location in the middle of a shopping district. Right across Costco and close to Home Plus, Lotte Outlet, and other major stores. Also close to the metro station. Kintex is not within walking distance, but only four metro stops away. What I do not appreciate is the room. I was told that they do not have a non-smoking room. The room had matches and an ashtray on the table. There was a funny odor in the bathroom. The shower handle was leaky. Tobacco smoke caused headache. I had to ventilate the room for the whole time by keeping windows open. I tried not to stay in the room for a long time. To be fair, free water bottles and drinks were a nice gesture. TV had many channels. The staffs, who appeared to be a family, were all very kind. Given the price, it is certainly a good value.

Close to Kintex
Reviewed By Esther Tmy room was on the sixth floor. room was ok and spacious. bathroom was also big. the hotel is very close to Kintex which is where i had my conference. the train station is just behind the hotel. taxis are also easy to get. the reception staff was friendly although communication was a problem as their use of English language was limited. i never had breakfast or any meal at the hotel so cannot really comment on this. the hotel is very close to COSGO for those with a cosgo registration. there is also a mall just behind the hotel.
