Christina always made us so welcome to her beautiful restaurant along with the lovely hard working Kiki. We enjoyed everything we eat here especially the recommended fish dishes. We noticed one couple sitting at the same front table every day for nearly 2 weeks!

Of the 14 nights we ate out , 9 were at the Finikas. We also tried Kyma, Sotiris, Playa de Oro , Beba Beach and Fedra but in terms of value for money the Finikas won hands down. Tthe service was excellent, the food good and the staff extremely friendly. Complimentary desserts (see photo) and a shot of Ouzo were offered at the end of every meal.
The house red wine at €7.30 per litre was perfectly acceptable and compared well with that offered in other restaurants at up to €10. There was no cover charge with water and bread only being served if ordered.
They were always busy and it is advisable to reserve a table.

The good news is that the piazza where the restaurant is was not affected by the 2016 fire. The road up to Kazaviti is a bit depressing but the village is mostly intact. The food is still good with great hamburgers, mousaka and probably the best imam on the island. Unfortunately, they did not have the slowly baked goat we like and the goat on the spit was a bit dry. The rice for the stuffing of the zucchini flowers was less than spectacular though we enjoyed it (and got addicted to it) in this very place in the past. They have a great traditional ice cream called caimaki which is dangerously good. We just do not understand what happened with all the friendly, English-speaking staff. We will go back anyway.

Beautiful sunset, really good cocktails. Stylish decor. Had a mojito and an ouzo-based drink, both were really good.

Right down the far end of the beach by the little jetty.
It reminds me of my first holidays in Greece years ago.
Blue and white,wooden chairs right by the beach with traditional menu.
Food was really tasty,wine divine and a mini chocolate ice cream lolly at the end !
Prices excellent value.
Staff so lovely and friendly,made you feel so welcome and always stop to see if you are ok.
Could not fault it.

Pefka is a beautiful location, pratically on the beach. The atmosphere is very friendly and the food is excellent. We ate here a few times for lunch and dinner. They have live music on most days at lunch and dinner. The music at lunch was a man on an acoutsic guitar visiting tables and at dinner there is a non intrusive band.
The staff are very welcoming and kind.
The food is delicious! I recommend the Gipsy pork highly and the mushrooms for starter. The free orange cake for dessert is a lovely touch and really finishes the night on a high!
The prices are incredibly reasonable for a meal for 4 with drinks.
Would definitely recommend eating here!

I couldn't imagine our annual holidays at Chrysi Ammoudia, without at least one dinner at "La Terasse". We are returning visitors and it's just our "must", appreciating all these impeccable tastes and the warm staff. You guys rock!!

The bar and restaurant is located at the far end (East) of Golden beach. If approached from the beach there are about 40-50 steep steps up to the bar area. The bar is a large Terrace surrounded by pine trees and spectacular views of the bay, take your camera ! The restaurant is separated and slightly higher. We only went for afternoon drinks when the bar was fairly quiet, you can choose to sit in the sun or shade, but each tables has great views. Drinks are reasonably priced (approx 4.50 euro s for a pint and 1.50 euro's for a coke). The slightly above average prices are worth it for the ambience and views. Recommend a visit.

I expect more, bechause comment on tripadvisor! We eating mixed grill, and pork souvlaki is good, chicken souvlaki is too dry, sausage not god for me, and meatballs is ok. Service is very fast.

Had a late lunch here and we decided on a variety of dishes Meze style and we couldn't go wrong. From the fried hard cheese to the beetroot salad via the stuffed vine leaves, fried courgettes and stuffed mushrooms everything was fresh and tasty.
