Reviewed By eschal484264The staff were all friendly. It was very relaxing and quiet. Fully equipped kitchen and the most comfortable bed. I would recommend staying here to anyone. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave. Good value for your money.

Reviewed By André KClean , spacious , close to major highways . Good place to sleep over for short stays. Secure onsite parking . The breakfast is very poor which consisted of eggs , cereal and bread The eggs we had to prepare ourselves and only 5 eggs for 3 people.

A little heaven in the heart of the city
Reviewed By FrequentFlier627568Everytime I am in Johannesburg I stay at Kulanga Cottages. This B&B is located in a very nice and secure suburb. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The garden and small fountain attracting birds provide a peaceful atmosphere ideal for a rest after a long hectic day in the City. Most important, the host Lucienne and her staff are very kind and always ready to help. I definitely recommend Kulanga !

Good service but needs maintenance
Reviewed By sjoffe973116Stayed 3 nights. Good breakfast and friendly staff but property needs attention- could not shower without soaking bathroom floor as no shower curtain. Got eaten alive at night as no air conditioning and no insect screens on windows and no fans. Also had to endure a full day of screeching power grinding which started at 9am. Would not stay again unless budget was an issue.

Both have private entrances and gardens with undercover parking and good security. A shared sparkling pool s available to both. Should you require both Villa’s for a small conference or breakaway they can be booked together if available. For those wishing to be close to the business hub of Sandton City, we have on offer one large studio and 2, two bedroom fully furnished units in Sandhurst.
Very nice place for a family stay in Joburg
Reviewed By rs710590Great host, available and easy to communicate.Very good location, safe and with walking distance from Victory Park center. Fits the description. Rooms are nice and big. Kitchen as well aqwipt. Pool is shared for all cottages, we didnt use it because of the weather.

Reviewed By KADDS2Poor staff professionalism,poor cleanliness, major internet issues , rude staff .All in all not worth only the location is good .very loud during the nights . Oven doesn’t work . Helpful manger if you don’t get in his bad side .Not above threatening to kick you out if you complain to much even though the issues are there fault .

Reviewed By lradeb507140Unfortunately won’t go back due to the bedding and the bed. The bed that was old , Clearly worn out and squeaky . I value my sleep especially during travel pit stops so I would take the risk again . Didn’t bother with the breakfast as I don’t eat eggs.

The hosts were absolutely amazing, Chris and Norma were very accommodating and made sure everything was to our satisfaction when we asked to book in much earlier than we were expected. It was much appreciated.

Reviewed By hendrik111I always have such a nice experience at Nullarbor. The units are always very clean and the host’s go out of their away to accommodate guests. The fact that you can take along your fur kids is welcomed. Highly recommend for a getaway from city life.
