In terms of food options, Oslo Airport is relatively mediocre and reflects what one most commonly finds in the city proper. Sandwiches, wraps and pizzas are the usual fare, so one would imagine that a sushi-based outlet here would be a real hit. Unfortunately, this isn't the case and having eaten here, I can understand why. The concept is zaiten sushi (or plates on a conveyor belt), so that was familiar enough. Seats are adequate although it can be quite crowded at times. But it's the food that needs to really improve. Although the menu is fairly extensive, what was on offer was largely disappointing. I did like the harusame aubergine (aubergine salad) and the tuna sashimi but everything else that passed before me on the conveyor belt was uninspiring. And with a plate of 'prawn' crackers at almost 3 Euros, that was the last straw. I ended up ordering a spicy seafood udon which was generous on the prawns but severely lacking in umami. If there is a next time, I'm sticking with the sandwiches.

Visited Mirabel with friends ... the waiter Mohamad was amazing as he assisted us with the menu ... he had an excellent knowledge in ingredients and made us some recommendations , as my friend was looking fwd for salmon , Mohamad suggest another type of fish which he described belongs to the family if salmon, stuffed with baby shrimps and cheese and for me the elk meat WAS DELICIOUS, cooked to perfection a must try.
While paying the bill Mohamad heard me saying asking how to get to the bus stations , he draw me a map and told me which buses i can take ... that i going beyond expectations and exceeding customers experience.... definitely will visit the place again.

We wanted to go to TGI's but it was land-side and we couldn't be bothered with going through customs and immigration and back again so looked for alternatives air-side. The choice was quite limited for anything tasty so opted for O'Learys. Despite it being a chain the service was very good, as were the burgers and the beer. So, overall, we had a nice meal here and would use it again.

I just ate sushi. The sushi was fresh and tasted well. Especially the salmon. Water is free of charge. Prices are very reasonable for Oslo.

This is an excellent option in the area because the food is good and the service is the best.
We ordered from the kids menu and the hamburger, pasta and hot dogs were really good. The salads were tasty and the pasta with seafood was good too.
The ambience is really nice and the best thing is the service.
Servers are friendly and nice.

Trugstad Gård rests with deep roots in real farmland in Holter in Nannestad, with Romeriksåsen protective west and open, smiling landscapes in the other cardinal points. For over 1000 years, there has been a settlement on the farm and in the 1500s was the farm ecclesiastical goods under Oslo Cathedral. After World War II until the 1960s was Trugstad Nannestads first older home with 20 residents. A water tap in and no one out. In 2008 became Trugstad Gård acquired by Knut Kloster who own the network “The Great Life Company “. Today the former ecclesiastical goods, older home and farm a Course / conference place with exquisite cuisine annually, who feeds many people in the cozy lodges through the year. In addition, they have transformed the 300-year-old potato cellar with an arched roof to smaller groups for dining. In our meeting room “backyard”, we can take up to 50 meeting guests, while in meeting room “library” there is space for 24 guests. In addition to the meetings, Trugstad Farm have the perfect setting for weddings, confirmations, baptisms or just a nice family gathering. In the main house we take groups from 2 to 70 people. Our strength is that we who work here at Trugstad Farm, has many year’s experience in arranging and facilitating all forms of events. We were delighted to be invited to join a friend's birthday celebrations at this wonderful farm hotel/restaurant in the countryside, not too far from Oslo airport.
http://www.dvgl.no/en/about/ shares the philosophy of the restaurant/hotel, and this isn't just marketing hype.
Even putting the significance of the evening to one side, the food was fabulous, in wonderful setting, and an engaging chef who came to explain the dishes and wine selections to us and really communicated her enthusiasm and joy for her work.
The restaurant/hotel/seminar place is in an old farmhouse maybe 10-15 mins from Gardemoen airport, and with an attention to quality that is a pleasure to share. Staff incredibly welcoming and attentive. The ambience is wonderful, so relaxed, and you feel that you're at home with friends, not in a hotel.
A truly wonderful evening, thank you Morten and Bente, their friends and family,and all the staff.
We would come again without hesitation!

I have been here a few times, and I have tried all the places in Jessheim. Barish definitely have the best kebab in town! They use real meat instead of the "meat" you get served other places when ordering a kebab.
If you're looking for some good junk food or need something to repair a hangover, then this is the place for you!

The quality of food is excellent - both me and my colleague were fully satisfied. The restaurant has a great atmosphere.
However, the service could be faster and more caring. We waited quite a long before entering (there is a notice that one should wait for the staff to seat oneself), then for the waiter to take orders, there was nobody asking whether everything is alright and then again for the bill. At the time there was one group besides us but the restaurant was not nearly full.
