We stayed one week in Villa Capodarco . We were a party of four, including two late teenagers. The Villa is really beautiful and very comfortable. It has magnificent gardens with a beautiful pool. Roberto is a very genial host and was very attentive at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We really enjoyed our time thereand even the teens were very sorry to leave and already talking of going back.

Would return in a hearbeat - quiet, personal and fun

Villa Mirella was half way through our month long trip through Europe. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts and their two sweet dogs, shown to our rooms and then given the run of the house. The B&B has 6 rooms, each unique and beautiful. The gardens and pool in the back yard were beautiful and we all enjoyed many hours playing in the water and just relaxing. There was private access to the ocean and a field for the kids to play soccer. Our hosts went above and beyond in making sure our stay was truly amazing. They booked reservations at restaurants for us, picked fresh fruit from their orchard for breakfast, and on a very rainy, windy day, also made us lunch so we didn't have to go out. They suggested places for us to visit in their beautiful area of Italy. Our whole family of nine would go back, only this time we would stay longer.

Great setting and service in the centre of town

Reviewed By LarronO

We spent several weeks in a large suite. The room was very big and comfortable, the bathroom was well built, we had two a/cs that worked well (very hot days outside at 30-35C so it was a life saver!) and excellent breakfast in the morning. Very beautiful palace and family-run service, always accommodating and helpful. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

A great place to stay

Reviewed By Michael D

We have stayed at this wonderful place four times on our visits to Italy. The beauty of the architecture and gardens were absolutely stunning, complemented by the superb culinary delights prepared each day by the kitchen staff. The view at sunset of the valley below was breathtaking, particularly on our visit in the late summer. The rooms were distinctively elegant and immaculately clean. Italy is a country with so many beautiful lodgings, but this family run Bed and Breakfast literally takes our breath away every time we come...word of warning to the traveller, book in advance, especially in high season, as it is always full...

In the historic center of FERMO

B&B Le Terraze is a short walk from the Piazza dei Popoli in the historic center of Fermo. I think this is my favorite piazza in all of Italy, because of the ambience created by the yellow brick and yellow building. As a single, I always stay in the Blue Room with its fantastic view of the fields of Marce and the ocean in the distance, fresh air comin in the open window, and then Breakfast on the Terrace. Elisabetta takes wonderful care of her guests and also is a super guide to all that is Fermo, my fourth visit in 2018 and I am never disappointed by her hospitality or this lovely medieval town.

Beautiful B&B in a beautiful town

We stayed 1 night in a room at the top on 2 levels, my daughter loved the idea of sleeping on the top level although I think she got a bit hot up there. The rooms are stylishly decorated and there was a simple breakfast included. Location is fabulous as it's in the walled town and there is a good selection of things to see and places to eat We ate in Ristorante Emilio which was top quality and price. Parking is free although its not directly outside the B&B.

B&B La Corte

In the gentle hills of The South Marche, the Ete valley opens to a sea view where the charming restored 100 year old farmhouse is located. The Ete valley is one of the most beautiful coastal sites of the South Marche looking down over sunflower fields, olive groves and the Adriatic sea. On the hills above the Adriatic the evenings will be perfectly relaxing, with a mild breeze from the sea and far enough from the coastal nightlife. In the warmer months our guests appreciate our private outside seating area with stunning views of the Marche countryside and Adriatic Sea. During your Italian holidays you can enjoy the golden sandy beaches at a distance of only 10 minutes by car or visit one of the most beautiful "Borghi" of Italy, Monterubbiano a 15 minute drive, the city centre of Fermo - Porto San Giorgio, the medieval province capital, which is also only a 10 minute drive. The old stone and brick rustico La Corte assures a romantic atmosphere and your total comfort, as the owners Donatella and Fabrizio come from a long family tradition of chefs and restaurant owners.

Beautiful country house with hospitable hosts

Reviewed By VinocolapsoYork

Donatella and Fabrizio warmly greeted us when we arrived, and the room we had was beautifully decorated, which had panoramic views of the sea, a valley, and fields of bright sunflowers. La Corte is conveniently located off a main road to Fermo, but is located in quiet, peaceful surroundings, being only 10 minutes to Porto San Giorgio and the immaculate beaches of Lido di Fermo, and only 5 minutes to the smart and historic hill town of Fermo. There are 4 bedrooms, all smartly decorated, with a large restaurant which is beautifully and comfortably decorated in lilac and white, being a theme of this country house/agriturismo. The food is cooked by chef Fabrizio who has experience in family restaurants, and we were generously fed to a very high standard on the four nights we stayed there. They are both good hosts and did everything to ensure we had a memorable stay with them. We look forward a return visit when we next stay in this in this beautiful area.
