Easy to book online (which was good) and whilst the restaurant was pretty busy, we were served quite quick. Usual good food, pleasant service, great value. Given how busy it was the service was really good.Only slight niggle was we had to ask for cutlery on the table, twice, but I guess it was busy so no matter. They also pack the tables in by the window pretty tight so it's a little unpleasant when other people shove their chairs backward. Otherwise really good.

Went with friends before a trip to the cinema. The food was fine but quite slow delivery, possibly due to several groups who seemed to be celebrating birthdays. It was very noisy and we had difficulty talking to one another, overall didn't enjoy the experience very much.

Busy Sat night but service was good, really friendly although there was a little waiting towards the end of the meal but nothing too heavy. Food was excellent - the bruscchetta with mozarella starter is excellent and everyone enjoyed their mains (pasta mainly). Great value - c£120 for four of us with wine, cocktails and desserts. Nice buzzy atmosphere too. Will be back once we've tried Bacchu lounge which looks good too/

Had a coffee and a slice of chocolate cake... but not just any old slice of cake... this slice was drizzled with a chocolate roux and it had fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries which balanced the sweetness of the cake perfectly. Hard pushed to think of anywhere else in Rugby that serves up such lushness. However, the story does not end here. The service was out of this world!! Super-friendly without being at all pushy. Really looking forward to going again next week.

Excellence comes as standard here in every consideration. The service is consummately professional but genuinely friendly. The food is superb and whether it's lunch, dinner or as it was with today's breakfast, we are never left disappointed. First class establishment run by people who care for their customers and charge very reasonable prices. Faultless.

We have been loyal Customers of Lazzolli for a considerable time & the service & quality are nothing but OUTSTANDING each & every time! Whether we call in to personally collect the order or use their superbly efficient & convenient home-delivery service, the quality & presentation of the food is always, consistently exceptional! Brilliantly fresh salads, high quality meats, we especially love the chicken sheesh & lamb sheesh & their homemade chilli sauce, cacik & houmous is utterly delicious & simply another level!! We have been completely overwhelmed & honoured to have the Proprietors, whom we affectionately call Mr & Mrs Lazzolli, (sorry Alison!), personally deliver our order to our home in Pailton; what a privilege!!
